Struttura molto bella,tranquilla ed immersa in un vasto parco. Personale molto gentile . Letti comodi e biancheria ottima. Buona la ristorazione . Sale comuni per colazione e pranzo molto accoglienti . Parcheggio ampio e gratutito.

Relais molto grande immerso nel verde a poca distanza dal centro di Perugia e da altre città vicine. Colazione buonissima, molto varia con tanti dolci fatti in casa, frutta e zona salata. Il ristorante interno dove abbiamo cenato era buono, ma migliorabile. Camere grandi ma molto basic, pulizia nella norma, il bagno abbastanza antiquato (doccia/vasca con la tenda!!!). Personale gentile e disponibile.

bellissimo giardino, hotel non all'altezza del prezzo e del numero di stelle. Camere decisamente da riammodernare, frigo bar praticamente vuoto, bagno piccolo, con doccia che perde, decisamente imbarazzante. Moquette nei corridoi sporca e strappata in più punti. Ristorante che non accetta i cani, accettati però in stanza. Personale molto gentile, ma un pò "approssimativo". non credo che ci torneremo

The hotel is beautiful and occupies a large garden. Pretty well maintained but bathroom fixtures could do with a spruce up. Service and breakfast were really good. Love the grounds and the front courtyard.

Escale dans cet hotel paisible dans vaste parc agréable, personnel sympathique. Escale parfaite en famille avec jeunes enfants (grand terrain de foot). Diner sur place pratique. Recommandé particulierement pour le bon rapport qualité prix

La struttura è molto bella, immersa in un vasto bosco che si estende lungo la sponda sinistra del Tevere. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Le stanze risentono un pochino dell'età e non sono particolarmente spaziose, ma hanno pavimenti in legno e hanno un loro fascino. La colazione, da sola, vale il soggiorno: abbondante, completa, con ottimi prodotti locali e gestita da personale cordiale e disponibile.

We picked area of Perutzia as our first stay in our Chris**as journey. The hotel choise was excellent, a real value for money. Rooms were clean and cosy, breakfast was reach and the location was perfect for visisting all those small midevall cities we had in mind. We would definatelly recomend it.

Un bellissimo posto situato in una zona molto tranquilla, ideale per trovare del sano relax. Personale molto qualificato e disponibile. Ci sono gusti due cose secondo me da sistemare, ma per il testo posso dire “top”! Consiglio di provare anche il loro ristorante, cucina davvero superba e prezzo onestissimi! Colazione superba e di ottimi prodotti.

Trovato per caso mentre si era in giro per l'Italia. Ottima base per girare le zone circostanti del centro Italia. Struttura molto bella, camere con prezzi convenienti, soprattutto se si considera che offre servizi come piscina e biliardo. Camere abbastanza spaziose, all'arrivo forse fin troppo calde, non sempre curate (il comodino aveva evidenti tracce di polvere e l'asse del water era con un cardine rotto) ma abbastanza accoglienti. Frigo Bar carente (solo acqua liscia). Le camere sopra la centrale termica sono un pò rumorose per riposare (di notte si sente un noioso rumore in sottofondo). Accoglienza e personale cordiale. Buffet della colazione ottimo, con ampia e abbondante scelta per i palati dolci e salati. Il ristorante interno un pò troppo dispendioso nel complesso. Nel complesso buona struttura anche se piccoli miglioramenti aiuterebbero... Consigliata!
