The property was more than suitable for our one night trip. The room was spacious and had plenty of tea/coffee as well as a nice mini fridge. Staff were also friendly and the property was clean (with signs of aging/damage).
The only let down was the changing rooms (no lockers worked), the hot tub was part of the pool and therefore cold, and the steam room contained plastic chairs and had no steam. However, our primary reason for visiting the hotel was not for the spa facilities so they just felt like a bit of a bonus when booking.

What sets this hotel apart is the staff. I arrived late and was given a very warm and friendly welcome from the lady on reception.
Room was lovely very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the leisure centre facilities, would have liked the jacuzzi part a little hotter but great to have as part of the hotel. Breakfast was adequate but not amazing.
Overall I’d definitely recommend as a good value place to stay in Bournemouth. Would definitely return due to the service I received.

An excellent hotel for a comfortable break. My wife and I stayed here while visiting our granddaughter in Bournemouth. Owner and staff couldn't have been more welcoming,the included breakfast was a good English breakfast.Location is close to Bournemouth railway station and bus terminal, very handy for us coming from Norwich by public transport

The hotel was ok, nothing special. It has gone down in my estimation having stayed there before. In the past you get ask for eggs of your choice at breakfast, but now only scrambled eggs on offer. Also the sausages were not fresh - probably left overs from the day before and reheated ! The dressing table had stains on it, but for a short budget stay it was satisfactory. The plus side is you get free parking.

Amazing hotel from booking to checkout. Extremely great customer service, everyone was really lovely and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone-really good location as well. Thank you for all the help and suggestions-really appreciate it!
