I’m writing the review about communication and afternoon tea. I messaged this hotel on 25thApril 2022, todays date is 29th May. I have a gift given to me for an afternoon tea for two, and this hotel is on the list of places to use it. Having got a holiday booked in June I thought it wise to check with the hotel if there were any restrictions and if it was ok to use it. They replied asking for a photo of it! I sent them requested photo, only to wait for no reply. I messaged again and was told it was forwarded to the reservation manager, no reply again, after another prompt, was told they were on annual leave until Wednesday ( not sure why there isn’t anyone else in the hotel who can deal with it?) Waited again….. no reply. Was then told after a prompt it was a priority and would be dealt with when the reservations manager returned after another week??? Given up. Using my voucher elsewhere. They don’t want my business. The voucher is an activity superstore one, incase anyone else has one- go somewhere else!
