Park Inn by Radisson Bournemouth

It was a nice hotel, rooms were big but there was no AC as it was super hot. However they kept fan so that was good. It had hair dryer, iron stand and iron so best in that area. The lift was very small and congested.

Friendly staff. Great location. Clean and tidy. Would easily stay again.

Clean room, ample space, bed was super comfy and great TV with many channels. Could hear next door’s TV slightly. Bathroom smelt like someone had been smoking in there for years, even showering and leaving the door open wouldn't help clear the smoky/musty smell. Felt like it was stuck to the walls. Otherwise, great stay! 15 min walk to town.

Our experience at this hotel was far below what we expected. One of the biggest problems was the lack of hot water. We found out in the morning that the shower only ran cold, and although the staff eventually arranged another room for us, it took quite a while before one with a working hot water supply became available. Breakfast was another letdown. For £12, I expected much better quality. The English breakfast was average at best, and the orange juice tasted as though it had been watered down. What disappointed me the most was the way housekeeping treated our personal belongings. We had left our pajamas neatly on the bed before going out, but when we returned they had been tossed onto a desk that was covered with food crumbs and dust. It showed a lack of care and respect for guests' belongings. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for comfort and service, and I would not choose this hotel again.

No toothbrush is provided. The bathroom is small and not much parking lot. Not a good experience with them.

Given a choice, after today's experience of Park Inn, it is out of my list for any future trips in the UK.thry are better outside UK and for 3 star Premier Inn will be my choice from now on. The facility was quite delapidated and needs an upgrade. Bathroom shelf was broken and the water pressure in the cold tap in wash basin is obvious. Although clean. But because of the condition the room and bathroom did not feel clean. Despite all this, had a good sleep. Overall, did not enjoy the stay and as I said it was ok but I expected more from a Radisson chain.

The only thing that let our room down was the blind in the bathroom full of mould on the bottom. Other than that the staff were really friendly and helpful

The hotel was lovely. It was clean and quiet. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there. The Beach is about 5 mins walk which makes a perfect summer stay.

Great location, only 10 minutes walk from Bournemouth train station. I only stayed one night for a meeting I had the next day. All member of staff were very friendly ,courteous and polite! The property shows its age but the room are spacious when compared with other three star hotels like Travelodge. Its off the main road and very quiet in the night. I've opted in for breakfast, however, to be totally honest for the cost of £14 I expected to see more options - its very basic. However, all in all I had a good experience and will visit again!
