The posted “No refund policy” is a sham. The photos posted by the motel are all staged and not accurate. There is no water in the pool, the entire facility is filthy, except the lobby. The management does not mention that if you make your reservation, you need to request in advance to turn on the AC unit and when you’re away from your room, they will turn off your AC unit.******* and the motel owners should be sued for intent to defraud the consumer, I could not sWhen I check in, at 10:30 pm I had to turn on the AC unit and after 3 hours my room was still 98 degrees, I requested to change rooms and manager showed me 3 other rooms that were even worse than the room I was in. The indoor air quality is so bad with the smell of mold and water damage ceilings and walls. I officially tried to checkout but management would not allow due to the no refund policy & also mentioned they will still be paid by *******. I’m Extremely disappointed and I reached out to ******* about my concerns and I have not heard anything back from customer support and I have not received my expensive registration of 7 nights.
