Our room was very clean and spacious. The ****** was terrific and we had a lot of fun. We ate at the Riverview and also at the snack bar, both had delicious food! I will definitely be recommending these accommodations to friends and family!

It was my first time ever to stay at Margaritaville. When I arrived to check in; the girl was a little bit snarky and when I entered my room; the floors were dirty. I called the front desk just to be put on hold for ten minutes. I had to hang up and call back down; when the lady answered the phone she asked annoyingly how can she help room ***. I told her the floors were dirty and some other minor inconveniences. She was short on the phone and said she would send housekeeping. I proceeded to wait another twenty minutes for housekeeping to arrive. The housekeeper was polite when she first got there. She asked if I wanted the floors mopped and vacuumed to which I said yes; she made a comment that she was going to find out who cleaned the room because it was unacceptable. She mopped but didn’t vacuum. She seemed irritated that she had to come back with a vacuum.
We ate dinner at Saltgrass which was a total let down.
All in all, for a one night stay on a Saturday, it was nice despite the setbacks I encountered. I did however expect this location to be in better conditions as advertised than it actually was.

Jacuzzi closed. Waited 4 hours for towels to come to the room. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. For what we paid should have had a microwave in the room at least. Tiny little pool area. Closed anyway because it’s March so no big deal. Charged my card extra 250.00 and can’t get in touch with a human to even find out if it’s a temporary charge or what. Won’t stay again. The ****** was very nice though and fair. No complaints at all in that area.

I didn't like the fact that there was no indication on the website that the pool was not open at this time. We booked 4 nights during spring break vacation, of course we planned to swim but unfortunately when we got there,checked in, I then realized I wasn't given any instruction for the pool. Well, to my surprise I go back to the front desk and ask, I was then told they are in " off season" and the pool was not open! I immediately cancelled the rest of my stay and had to find lodging elsewhere that could accommodate my family and our intentions for going. I was very unpleased about that. I doubt I ever return.
