This is the best hotel I've ever been Mrs Sharon in breakfast is so helpful Mrs Lindsey at the front desk has been so accommodating and all the staff is been friendly and helpful I will definitely be staying here again if I am in need of a hotel room town place is the best

Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchenette and top notch customer service made our visit so enjoyable. Gerry, Sharon and Deandrea went above and beyond during our stay! Their welcoming smiles and eagerness to help our family during our stay will definitely draw us back to TownePlace Suites next time we visit Shreveport. Thank you, Gerry, Sharon and Deandrea!

We enjoyed the stay! The staff is great, Tameka & Deandrea was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the stay! The laundry so convenient and the front desk gave me washing powder and dryer sheets . This is a nice place and my kids were happy with breakfast it was good.

Came in town to see Family. My stay at this nice cozy spot was wonderful. The Staff was amazing Deandrea a standout staff member very nice and helpful. The security was outstanding also very friendly (Tameka). Maybe next time I will not miss breakfast because the beds were so comfortable.

We came with the Celo Eagles baseball team. The stay was great. The staff was so helpful and kind. I really enjoyed talking to them and they treated everyone so sweet. Special shout-out to Deansrea and Tameka…they were absolute sweethearts!

Came down with some friends for the blues concert and booked a stay and i don't regret anything about it, nice full size rooms which was clean btw, went down for breakfast and mrs sharon was the sweetest :) she provided fresh hot crispy bacon and waffles that hit the spot i didn't care to much for the quiche they should think about adding scrambled eggs instead but other then that everything was perfect with unlimited apple juice and orange juice. If you're thinking about booking you wont regret it, I'll be a returning customer.

When I'm in Bossier I always stay here when I'm in town to see my family. The stay is always comfortable . DeAndrea is great and shows so much hospitality. The stay is always perfect never disappointed it's always a pleasure. I will be back!!

Checked in late and deandrea was very friendly and understanding. The security tameka was very helpful held the door and even help with our bags we were very tired. This was greatly appreciated. The room was very nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel.

The greeting my team and I received from Ms. Kia H. at check-in, was warm and welcoming. She's sure to brighten up anyone's day as soon as you enter the hotel. Thanks to her, we'll definitely return and stay here for future business trips within the area.
