I loved the location but the front desk staff was nicety (nasty nice) meaning they would say rude things with a nice tone. The river view from the room was great. The housekeeping staff was incredibly attentive and did a fantastic job keeping the rooms clean. Unfortunately, the front desk staff, while polite, weren't always as friendly or helpful as I would have liked. Their interactions sometimes felt a little insincere.

We have stayed at this location before and loved it. This visit was not the same. Evidently there had been damage to the location a few weeks earlier, and instead of letting us know we arrive to the pictures below. When we arrived the room was clean but the tv had no cords, no rags, and had so much noise in the walls it was hard to sleep. Not what we had experienced in this hotel before.

I wasn’t aware that the hotel was undergoing renovations. That in itself really wasn’t a problem but have all the construction equipment and vehicles in the parking lot made parking difficult. Inside our room was nice and clean although it’s time to replace the mattress.. just a little too lumpy for our taste. Thin walls made for hearing noises all night long. Close to what we needed it to be. It’s not terrible but for the price I expected more.

Anniversary trip I gone wrong! Please make sure you verify with the hotel before you arrive!! Never go a email nor phone call that my room was “ out of order” & “ not available “!!! They switched my room around and was never informed!!! Only received $50 refund for the inconvenience!! So basically because I went through a 3rd party to book the Courtyard Marriott did not help me!!! The lady at front desk tells me my manager on vacation until Wednesday!! Full of sh*** I will never stay there or booked through a “3rd party again!!!!!! Whole day just to as a wasted behind no communication.

My trip was awesome. Hotel staff extremely friendly and nice . Only concern was hotel was having construction done on it. They had me on same floor construction was on.

The floors felt soggy and it smelt musty throughout the hotel. The beds were uncomfortable with tiny pillows. We did not get no sleep from the banging and constant sounds coming from the room above us . We will not be staying here again!

Hotel is under major renovation and it should be disclosed
Air conditioning did not work properly, hallways were 80 degrees & construction/renovation equipment lining the hallways
Half the elevators didn’t work, the other ones were lined in cardboard and painter’s tape
