I booked 1 night online in February 4, 2024. I called to notify them of a late check in and was told that they were sold out and verbally cancelled my reservation. No refund was given!! After fighting for over two months for a refund they finally refunded my money to a cancelled card and is still refusing to send me a proper refund!! How does a company take your money for a room they don’t have! Then refuse a refund!?
