11/02/2024 tarihinde ailemiz ile otele giriş yaptık , ve oteldeyiz Otelin temizlik noktasında çok iyi olmadığını söyleyebilirim , özellikle lobide müşterilerine ücretsiz çay ikramı yapamayacak kadar kötü , adınız kış oteli tabiki kapalı kutu içeçekler ücretli olabilir ama çay ücretli yapmak nedir , lobide insanlar birbirlerine bakıp duruyor yüksek ücretler ödeyip geldiğimiz otelde cay için ücret ödemek istiyorsanız , sizde gelebilirsiniz

13 ocak günü kendileri ile telefonda görüşüp odamı ayırt ettiğim halde size dönüş sağlanacak dendi. o gün ve ertesi gün arayan olmadı sonrasında 15 ocakta aradım ve oda iptali yaptılar yetkili öyle uygun görmüş açıklamaları bu kendi iş bilmezlikleri yüzünden gidemediğim tatil şimdiden zehir oldu güvenilmez bir yetkili

Ara tatil için ailecek gittik. Personeller güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Odalar ve genel alanlar temiz. Yakınlardaki seyir terasının manzarası süper. Kapalı havuz temiz ve geniş. Milli parkın içinde, Çam ormanları arasında bol oksijen ve bu doğallığın içinde konforlu, şık, tertemiz, sımsıcak bir Otel. Şehrin karmaşasından kaçıp, ailemizle birlikte çok kaliteli vakit geçirdik. Güleryüzlü çalışanlar her isteğimiz konusunda yardımcı oldu. Tekrar gideceğimiz zamanı iple çekiyoruz. Pozitif enerji ile dolup taşmak isteyenlere şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

Kasım ayı aratatilide fırsat bilerek konakladığımız bu tesisten çok memnun kaldık.Daha otele girişte sizi güler yüzlü belboylar ve resepsiyonistler karşılıyorlar.Odalar geniş ferah ve tertemiz.Yemekler lezzetli personel güler yüzlü.Tesise giriş yaptığımız ilk gün sezonun ilk karı ile karşılaşmakta bizim için ayrı bir süpriz oldu :) Doğası ve manzarası muhteşemdi tavsiye edilebilir bir tesis.

Ailem ile 2 gece konakladık.Tüm personel profesyonel ve yardımsever ama 3-11 shiftindeki resepsiyonist arkadaşa özellikle teşekkür ederim.Otel Ilgaz dağının zirvesinde çam ağaçlarıyla kaplı tam bir oksijen deposu.
Odalar geniş temiz ve konforlu.Kahvaltı çok iyi ve fazlasıyla yeterli.
Türkiye ve yurtdışında birçok yerde konaklama yaptım fakat Jura hotel deki kısa tatilim ayrıydı.
Çok teşekkür ederim seneye tekrar görüşmek dilegiyle.
