A bit tricky to find in the dark but absolutely no complaints once inside. Spacious, well appointed and modern. Excellent communication.

Turned up post a relatively easy check in, and confirmation call on route to find the apar**ent hadn’t been cleaned (picture attached). Starting our stay with this major disappoin**ent wasn’t ideal. Customer services contacted, and to be fair a cleaner did appear to resolve the issue. Whoever had used it the night before had also left the toilet un-flushed, and a kebab in the bin.
Customer services pretty much fobbed it off due to not booking directly with them, and their offer of a bottle of wine didn’t materialise.
Additionally unless you are a huge fan of seagulls and locals falling out with each other, I wouldn’t recommend.

I am not sure whether it should get called hotel. It is an apar**ent building. Luckily we were only 4, there were not enough chairs if we would be 5. The location is perfect and parking was nearby.

Stayed at county hall apar**ent hotel 22-24th july with partner & mum and dad. Apar**ents are spotless, could not fault them Lots of space, clean bathroom, big tv and sitting area. Check in was very helpful - via telephone Only thing is located behind a argos and very busy area so noise pollution from delivery drivers and people up and down on mopeds and motorbikes woke us up at 4:30am Also windows could be altered to be opened more as was really humid and hot and apar**ent was roasting 8/10 for rating.
