I booked two rooms for two nights. The rooms were never serviced during our stay. When we arrived late at night, we didn't have clean towels. I called the front desk three times, and each time they said they'd bring them in 5 minutes. Since we had just arrived in the US and were dealing with jet lag, it was already past 9 PM, and without clean towels, we couldn't shower and rest. Ultimately, I had to go to the front desk myself. The female manager there was not only unhelpful but also quite rude, saying they already knew and I should just wait in my room and they would send them up shortly. We had to wait quite a while longer for them to finally arrive. I hope the hotel pays more attention to providing basic service to its guests!

This hotel was very convenient from Logan. The one downside is parking, which, granted, is a nightmare in Boston in general. I jokingly said to my wife that parking would probably be $50 bucks. It was $62 dollars a night. You can park at another garage across the way and cross a couple lanes of highway and save $22, though. Crazy. Otherwise, great hotel.

Great stay, no complaints. I like the shower, and the beds are comfy. Convenient location too. The only thing they don’t have is free parking.
