Maverick Suites at 28 Fenway

Room small but it was everything we could wish for. Great location, safe area, quiet, clean, comfortable bed, big shower.

I stayed here for an extended stay after relocation from my apartment. I had been staying in the same unit and it was not expressed as to for my second extension I was to be relocated. I received a call in the middle of the work day saying I needed to move all my stuff. I was met with a rude temperament and absolutely no consideration for my circumstance. When I had still not received the information I was promised, I called back and got the same customer service rep. I was met with the same rudeness and even less understanding. I expressed I didn’t get the email, as I was looking at my inbox during the phone call. I was told I was sent the email and argued with me about it. I was then asked again if I was on my way, as if I wasn’t using my lunch break to uber to the hotel only to uber back to complete my 10 hour shift at the hospital. I honestly had no complaints up until this, but the service I got and the attitude and arguing I got completely ruined the stay. I hope you can learn to be more understanding and maybe learn to not be rude to your guests. I will be telling everyone about this experience, in hopes they don’t go though the same thing.

They sent me an email during my flight and did not inform me that early check-in is not possible. I could not get in the building for two hours and that winter day it was very cold. No phone number was informed. No desk in the room. All facilities fit only tall people over 180 cm.

Room was extremely small and because located by fire exit door constant slaming of the door tbroughout day and night.

Room was clean, staff was helpful and courteous when I had trouble getting into the building. Unfortunately ******* gave the hotel a different room number than the one I specifically booked. The staff at Maverick helped move me to a comparable room.

Clean room . Did not see any staff. Hard to exactly find. A walking map would help and direction to parking garage would help.
