It is a fantastic apartment in a convenient location. The kitchen facilities are comprehensive so I can easily prepare my meal. The staff there are really polite and try hard to accomondate my needs. Definitely will go for the same choice if I ever go to Boston again!

服務非常差，前台亞裔女性非常粗魯，對我們説話很rude，拒絕了我們的要求，並且威脅我們晚5分鐘退房就要罰款，然後我們趕着去退房之後她人根本不在Office裏面又讓我們等了很久。全程都非常兇和冷淡。room service也非常粗魯

當晚到達時是當地時間快8點，進門後前台一個年輕的男士帶我們進入房間 告知鑰匙在哪裡就走了😅不知道是誰開了空調房間出奇的冷，進門看到房間裏面打掃衞生不到位，床鋪整理很潦草，空調濾網我以為是個櫃子打開一看好多灰塵，有一側的燈打不着，第二天跟攜程溝通入住情況，攜程也積極跟店家溝通但沒有任何改變，就是讓你寫郵件……奉勸諸位帶小朋友來波士頓避開這家店 感覺更適合單身族入住。

離boston大學很近，走路就能到，途中還經過棒球賽場，經常有棒球比賽活動，非常熱鬧！離東北大學也很近

We couldn't recommend Sonder Pierce enough, not only was it very reasonably priced for Boston but the apartment was excellent with all the amenities and space we needed on our 5 night stay in the awesome city of Boston. We were on the 12th floor with excellent views of the Emerald Necklace, it took around 30 minutes in a taxi to get to the airport costing around $30, there were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and it was easy to walk or get public transport to downtown.

What a great place. Location is good, easy to get to with public transport very close. There is a person at reception 24/7, room details are emailed to you 24 hours ahead of stay. We arrived after midnight from airport by public transport & had no trouble finding the place or getting into our room. This is an apartment with the works. It's clean, comfortable & ultra modern. It has a full kitchen with full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooktop & all the utensils to cook a banquet. There is a washing machine & dryer, A breakfast area & lounge area. Iron & ironing board & much more. The bedroom & bathroom clean & quite large. Beds & pillows great, water pressure in bathroom excellent. Great airconditioning, although a bit loud. Overall a great stay and would definitely go back when next in Boston

The building is quite mod and posh. The apartment is well-appointed and the bed very comfortable. We were in a 2-bedroom with wrap around windows which made for a fabulous view. Incredible water pressure and very clean overall. Great food nearby and very convenient to the T.
