作为多年的希尔顿会员，这次的入住体验是有些令人失望的。Pros and cos are as follows:
- Room: roomy for a second-tier hotels of Hilton Chain, overall, it's satisfactory.
- on-site laundry: this is good, coin-operated laundry machine makes having clean underwear and shirts possible. It inexpensive and easy to use.
- 24hr gym, if you suffer jet-lag or Insomnia, this is the place to vent and punish your body.
Now cons:
- 早餐和晚餐很一般。如此令人失望，以致于本人之后两天徒步去了附近的星巴克完成早餐和晚餐使命。
- 周边配套设施很不方便, 步行范围内基本没有餐饮和便利店。只有一个星巴克，但是位于交通繁忙的主路对面， 请自担生命危险和高度耐心横跨（四，六？）车道。
- 房间内有付费矿泉水。没有热水壶。
- 游泳池： it's an oversized bathtub, in other words, don't bother. What a joke.

Our experience at this hotel was seriously marred by the treatment we received on the shuttle bus to the airport. After checking out, we boarded the shuttle along with other guests. The driver helped every single person load their luggage onto the shelves—except us. When it was our turn, he just crossed his arms and watched as we struggled to lift our heavy suitcase onto the shelf ourselves.
This behaviour made us feel deliberately ignored and even discriminated against. It was as if we were invisible, and the lack of assistance was not only rude but completely unacceptable. We paid a significant amount for our stay and expected to be treated with the same level of respect and service as everyone else.
This incident left a very bitter taste, and we are deeply disappointed with how we were treated.

Convenient pick up at the airport (need to call ahead and the shuttle arrives 15-20 min later). Hotel is about 10min from the terminals.
Quiet and spacious rooms. Very nice service at the front desk. Gym, pool and laundromats available in the hotel.
Breakfast was ok. Very ordinary.

每次坐飛機都住這個酒店，停車場大，不過夜不收費，所以租來的車去還掉，坐酒店的車回酒店，第二天再坐酒店的車去機場特別方便，但是唯一不好，是下午大堂沒有水或者咖啡供應，這在美國很不常見。
