No air conditioning, hot room!!
1 hour to resolve the problem: open the window because no air conditioning in the hotel

Trip customer service closed!
Very bad first experience with trip!
The flight and baggage were included in the reservation but no more baggage on the ticket…very bad surprise too! That’s a lot for 4 days!

La piscine et le restaurant étaient fermés, quel dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Possibilité de prendre un snacking. Tous les clients qui souhaitaient manger étaient répartis dans le hall d’entrée ou à l’extérieur. Heureusement que l’équipe était sympathique et les chambres spacieuses.
