Accueil par enfants sans masque. Télévision très petite, peu de chaînes, lit double petit et inconfortable aux antipodes de ce qui nous avait été présenté lors de notre repas. Barre de douche descellée, lavabo fêlé, butée de porte cassée, seul la vis dépassait dangereusement. Contact téléphonique avec la gérante à la limite de l’impolitesse. A fuir

We hebben heerlijk geslapen in het hotel. Het was een zeer kort verblijf we kwamen dochterlief ophalen die al enkele dagen op vakantie was met de grootouders. Wij zijn laat toegekomen in het hotel en werden vriendelijk onthaald. De kamer was heel netjes, proper en ruim. Misschien wat verouderd maar zeer proper. Het ontbijt was simpel, maar goed.

Rien à dire sur l hôtel. Mais les patrons….. cela se dispute en plein service, aucun respect des clients. J’ai fréquenté cette hôtel deux fois par an. Mais la c est terminé . Je n ai jamais été aussi reçu dans un hôtel.

Si l'entrée extérieure de la réception pouvait faire fuir (fiantes d'hirondelles sur le seuil), l'accueil est tout autre. Sympathique et cordial tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre familiale est vaste (2 espaces) et la literie confortable. La situation au centre de Bouillon est idéale pour les visites. Belle surprise au petit déjeuner : un buffet avec des produits de qualité. Attention particulière pour les enfants, très bien accueillis et soignés par le personnel. Un conseil : réservez en direct à l'hotel, cela vous coutera moins cher qu'avec Booking.

Als je na je hotelbezoek met beten van beestjes thuiskomt (bedwantsen), dan is het gewoon niet ok. Ga je niet terug. Kan je nooit tevreden zijn. Beten van beestjes zijn het ergste dat je in hotel kan meemaken. Hygiene is dus dikke nul.

Pour un deux étoiles, j ai été très agréablement surpris car nous avons pris cet hôtel vu que tout était complet alentours.les chambres sont très propres et agréables, le personnel accueillant et bienveillant. J étais allé dans 1 Campanile 2 jours avant qui était largement moins bien. Et en plus , ils bénéficient d un resto pizzeria de bonne qualité également. Petit déjeuner avec de bon produits régionaux.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans la grande chambre familiale avec nos 2 enfants (4 ans et 14 mois), nous avons été très bien accueilli. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit double très grand et très confortable. Idem pour le lit superposé, la literie est vraiment très agréable. Un lit bébé était à notre disposition pour le petit. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Je recommande vivement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochaine visite.

Hotel was average, but standard for a hotel in a small town in that area. Small rooms, tiny bathroom. But they have a good italian restaurant in the building, and breakfast was also very good. Located in the very centre of the town, so perfect to visit the town and its surroundings.
