Elevator to upper rooms, great water pressure, very friendly front desk staff, clean parking lot and building...
Room was not cleaned for 3 days even when requested. We were forgotten.

Because it was raining, the outside entrance was inconvenient, but everything else was good. The bed was also a little hard for us. Breakfast was very nice.

I would stay somewhere else if I could go back in time. Sure was disappointed. Pool got shut down by the health department and the room was dusty. Bathroom had a shaky toilet. Shampoo dispenser was broken. Chipped tub.

I have stayed here many times. I was disappointed this time since I was not able to check into my room until 5pm since it was not ready. I got there at 3:30, suppose to be able to check in at 4pm. Needless to say I had lots of time to kill. The other disappointing thing was the breakfast. Before we were sent to the restaurant across the street which was excellent. This time it was in house and there was not an option for anything healthy. The eggs sere obvious powder and tasted horrible, no fruit or oatmeal, the sausage was very greasy.
