Our room was so big and very nice. King bed, big living space, nice bathroom, sectional couch even! Great room and location near lots of shopping and dining. Unfortunately, our heating unit was broken. The desk sent up a crew of two guys to fix it. They were friendly, but after being in our room for 20 minutes, we asked if it would be better to switch rooms. They declined and continued to work for 25 more minutes. It was awkward. We needed to rest and shower, but obviously couldn’t. They fixed the problem, but in the morning, same issue. We called the desk to let them know, but asked that they wait until we checked out to send a crew up. This was not observed. This time, they sent up a crew of four guys who came right into our room. We had to awkwardly ask them to come back, seeing as we needed to finish getting ready and pack. We alerted the desk on our way out. Then, I called later that day to speak with the supervisor on duty, just to express my disappointment that we did not have the privacy that we had hoped for, and that the situation probably could have been handled better. She was very friendly and assured me that she would send my info up to the next chain in command, and that they would call me back. It’s now been weeks and nothing. All this to say, nice hotel, management seemed to fall short or normal expectations. Probably will choose to stay elsewhere since we do not feel that things were made right.
