Great location! Great breakfast! Actually the best breakfast of my last 10 hotel experiences! Well done boys!

Travel to main attractions. Metro 12 mins walk away. Little issue at check in but nothing that staff could not rectify without any hassle. Stayed in superior suite. Very basic. Clean. Maid service daily, however no bin change.

This hotel is very nice, the location is also OK, it's only 5-6 minutes walk to the subway station, the hardware facilities are good, equivalent to the level of domestic all seasons, because it's an apartment, you can cook your own food, and there is Carrefour downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. The price is acceptable, about 100 euros a night, the surrounding environment is very good and quiet, it's considered a wealthy area!

Nothing was said when checking out, and then there was an inexplicable charge on the credit card bill.

Location and cleanliness nothing to complain about On the other hand, the window seals should perhaps be reviewed. Cold air, smell of cigarettes and very audible noise from the restaurant below until 1:30 a.m.

Very good hotel, apart from the clogged sink problem which was only resolved after 2 days.

Will not go back!! Carpets not clean let alone maintenance on obvious items. I went without sneezing and came back worse. Was best outside the hotel than inside. So of i have to recommend for the Olympics 2024 they should up their game an that’s my point

It's a rather tired apart-hotel, which is however quite alright if your goal is to attend an event in a walking distance from that hotel (which was our case). Pros: - location (when applicable) - functional rooms - not too noisy Cons: - staff was not really into customer service (could be they were tired though - we were checking in late in the evening) - the hotel could definitely use a bit of renovation

stayed in the studio for a match at PSG. good enough for one night. clean and spartan. no facilities and the kitchen does not even include a cloth to clean up. location is quiet. 10mins walk to stadium. with places to eat drink within a few minutes near train station. Hotel attached bar closes at 9.30 so be aware. Orly airport - youll have to get a taxi as well over an hour otherwise and too many changes. nice to have the small kitchen element if thats what your after b

I am very disappointed with this stay. (I stayed for six nights). I stayed at the hotels under this hotel chain a few times in different countries before. I could say that this time was the worst so far. The room was very dirty. There was a lot of dust everywhere. The room and other furnitures/equipments/carpet really need renovation and replacement. They cleaned only bathroom and bedroom but did not clean living room and kitchen. I did not know why. We had to change to room because the air conditioning in the bedroom was not working and we had to ask them three times to get the answer that I had to wait for some parts and repairing!! The new room also had a problem with the washing basin and hair-dryer in the bathroom. Wondered why they did not check the room before let the guests checked-in. Some staff were not friendly. I went to Paris 3-4 times before. This time was the worst experience so far. Only good point is the location that is quiet and safe.

Hotel in a great location only a short walk from PSG stadium and a short metro into the Eiffel Tower. Roughly about an hour walk. Hotel was very clean and rooms were to a good standard. Would recommend. Hotel is exactly what u need after a busy day in Paris. Rooms come with iron and hairdryer which are handy. Hotel will also keep luggage until checkin time. Hotel does take a €200 deposit at check in which was unexpected to us so if you have a budget set out make sure to add this to it so it doesn’t catch u out. Don’t think it’s really needed. Really nice stay and would recommend

Room was dusty, AC did not work, Bed was uncomfortable, drainage system was poor, water logging from the sink, general maintenance of the room was very poor too. We complaint twice however no corrective measures were taken. We will not recommend or stay in this hotel for future
