Hotels near Lewis Park in Bountiful

The room is very nice, just on the side of the highway, there is a costco outside the street (if you go to the United States with your membership card), it is too convenient. It takes about 20 minutes (20 miles) to enter the city by highway, so it is not recommended to visit the city If you are staying with friends, you can make a transfer. Breakfast is a bit simple-but most parts of the United States are like this... so it's good to be full.

I stayed here and I had arrived back in Utah - which used to be my home - for job interviews. I had lived in this town/area for 1/2 year when my job fell through and housing too. So I'd been away for a while. I returned and arrived sick and very exhausted. The Dr said I wasn't contagious but I was still quite sick. This hotel did let me stay and rest, which I very badly needed. The rest of the area, my old home town, treated me very badly. So badly, that after my night here, I turned right around and left. I was treated badly by all the major faith groups in town: Catholics and LDS. But this hotel was the one kind place where I stayed and regrouped before driving another 700 miles. They were very nice to me when I needed it. I also worked at hotels in this area. Mostly, the hotels in the area are over priced and not very secure (theft is a problem) so watch your things. Most of the hotels here have some significant problems. Of all the hotels here, though, I recommend this one. I did think they had made improvements from when I stayed last, earlier in the year.

I chose this motel because I had a very early flight out of SLC airport and my return flight a few days later was arriving very late. Since I live a couple hundred miles from the airport I booked a stay on both ends of my trip. My spouse and I are Best Western Rewards members and usually stay at Best Westerns when we travel; but for this trip, I was solo. Checking in, I was given a lot of grief because the reservation was made in my husband’s name (even tho I made the reservation). I even had the confirmation number. The front desk clerk finally agreed to let me stay after a lot of persuasion on my part. My husband and I have the last name, btw. When I returned and tried to check in a few days later, I was told I did not have a reservation. Once again, I did have a confirmation number and the name of the person who had made the reservation for me. The desk clerk told me my reservation had been cancelled by some person whose name I didn’t recognize . I’m clueless why they would let a stranger cancel someone else’s reservation. After a lot of argument the clerk finally agreed to get me a room. But of course it was $40 more than my original room. Even though the rooms were comfy and clean, you can bet I will never stay at this motel again. The clerks are rude and argumentative and have absolutely no desire to help you. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because the room was decent.

The hotel is a suite with a not small area. Breakfast is served at 6-9 in the morning, and there is an airport drop-off service. The disadvantage is that the refrigerator power supply cannot be found, it cannot be turned off, there will be periodic noise, and the toilet exhaust fan will be noisy even if it is turned off.

Hotel location is general, kitchen facilities are complete, the price is quite large, very close to the airport, the hotel check in more procedures, need to register vehicle information, the room is quite quiet

This was the first time our family stayed at a Comfort Suites. We usually stay in Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatts. We chose this hotel for its proximity to SLC Airport. It was definitely convenient to the airport. However, everything else about it was just OK. Upon arrival there were no employees anywhere. After 15 min of waiting and even calling the hotel (it just rang and rang), a very grumpy lady came to check us in. Terrible start to our stay. Not a smile, not a greeting, nothing. Just asked for IDs and handed us our key cards. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean but not sparkling clean. Carpet had food debris next to lamp by sofa which means it wasn't carefully cleaned. Carpet could use a deep clean, as it smelled. If you're used to Marriott and Hilton, you might not enjoy this hotel. Breakfast was not what we are used to at other hotels. Kids ate cereal and we had a packaged muffin. The only nice employee was the lady cleaning up the breakfast area. She smiled and greeted us. I'm sure there are other hotels close to the airport that are better.

Had to book a last minute stay and Cheyenne (sp?) was very accommodating when we checked in. Had a shuttle to airport which was what we needed. Not sure if the other rooms were updated but ours wasn’t but didn’t matter because room was spacious and beds were comfortable.
