Super clean hotel, staff was very friendly! Small town, went for a family party. Great time. Large breakfast choices, enough to please just about anyone. The indoor pool looked great. There are outdoor games you can play when the weather is good and they even have boot scrapers at the front entrance!

Great hotel. Rooms were a good size and clean. Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nicole is terrific. She prepares breakfast. Very engaging with her customers. Just a lovely lady.

I used to stay at this property several times a year, but the pandemic changed my travel for the past two years, It was great to be back! I have stayed here since it first opened; the owner has maintained the same level of cleanliness as when it first opened. Owner GM Bill is super friendly and appreciative of one's business; he obviously hires the best people for his team and trains them in interpersonal communication and service skills. Everyone from housekeeping to attendants at breakfast to front desk employees/team members made this stay very satisfying. Kaela and Lori were especially helpful. This stay was during the all-class reunion AND a baseball tournament so was super busy, but the staff didn't miss a beat. I just cannot stay at other any hotel in Ft, Scott.

The indoor pool is currently being refinished and the toxic fumes from the project have permeated the hotel!! Whatever is being used probably shouldn't be done indoors. I was awake all night and woke with watery eyes and a headache. I have gone so far as to file a complaint with the health department as this place should not be open in the condition it's in. The hotel is filled with poisonous air and you can smell it the second you walk in the door. If I hadn't been exhauted from a grueling day on the road I'd have turned and walked out the door. Until the problem is fixed I suggest you STAY AWAY
