Red Roof Inn Bourbonnais

Very modernized. Only complaint is the coffee in the lobby was cold

Very small room. Okay for a night but not for an extended stay. Maid service was on an as needed basis. You need to call and ask for cleaning and things. Hot water took awhile to get going and water pressure was low. Towel’s are small and not very soft. The staff did their best with what they had to work with.

Very nice room for the night. New and clean.

Excellent customer service .

After checking into our first room, we realized that we had no heat and no phone. Wife went down to the front desk and got a key to another room,after we checked into that room we realized it had no hot water to take a shower. Not to mention the body hair all over the bathroom. No one seem to really care at the hotel, usually don’t have these kinds of problems at Red Roof Inn. I don’t think I would suggest this place to anyone.

Ended up checking in really late had the hot tub room filled the hot tub to find out the Jets don’t work so basically took a bath in the hot tub and that was it also went to turn on the lights above the bed the color lights they don’t work so now I’m even more frustrated so I decide to try to go to bed after being aggravated having consideration and not complaining because I got there so late and didn’t wanna disturb. Anybody called the front desk. Nobody answered so I decided to lay down and I turned on the heat in the room because it started to get cold to find out the heater doesn’t work , so then while checking out, tell the woman at the front desk about what had happened and basically just blew it off like no big deal. Don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

Clean place, easy parking, jet tub room real nice! Hope to visit this place more often.
