Un pur scandale. Après avoir réservé cet établissement sur le site de campanile, j'ai reçu une validation de ma réservation le jour même. En revanche, le lendemain matin, j'ai eu une annulation de ma réservation, l'hotel étant a priori complet. Le client est tenu par les CGV, (conditions générales de vente), mais l'hotelier n'a aucune contrainte. J'ai du rechercher un autre établissement. C'est la première fois que cela m'arrive et je ne pensais pas que ce soit possible. Eviter de réserver sur le site de campanile, préférer une plateforme de réservation.

Les chambres sont très calmes, le personnel agréable et la Directrice Bernadette et d'un professionnalisme rare, extrêmement efficace : la satisfaction client est son objectif principal. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Seul bémol, les chambres sont un peu petites.

J'ai diné au restaurant ce soir très agréable accueil, Titi une serveuse très sympathique... Une cuisine soignée et un plat du jour délicieux.. Merci Pierre pour cette assiette bien dressée et une sauce digne d'un grand chef .. A recommander..

Nous avons été bien acceuillis, par contre le repas du soir semblait assez simpliste, nous ne l'avons pas pris.
Pour la chambre, le bruit de la climatisation était perturbant pour les personnes ayant un sommeil léger, nous en avons fait la remarque.
La chasse d'eau des toilettes fonctionnait mal : il fallait appuyer plusieurs fois et il semblait que l'eau n'arrivait pas. Rien à redire sur le petit déjeuner.

Die Küche war nicht in Betrieb, was noch akzeptabel war. Das Personal völlig überfordert.
Bei ******* habe ich einen Preis von 96,—€ genannt bekommen.
Bezahlen musste ich 140,—€.
Das ist völlig inakzeptabel.
