Apartamento amplio y acogedor. Estan situados en el centro del pueblo y se puede ir caminando hasta Puigcerda. Todo y que esta equipado con una pequeña cocina hay restaurante en el mismo alojamiento.Seguramente repetiremos.

Silencioso, limpio y todo en orden. Wifi correcto, utensilios de cocina un poco justos (tres vasos) , cuchillos que cortan lo justo pero nada que no se pueda solucionar. Buena atención en recepción y sobretodo en el bar de abajo con dos chicas amables y fantásticas

Molt ben anant en cotxe, a l'entrada de la Cerdanya des de Barcelona i bona entrada cap al costat francès de la vall. Hi ha un supermercat a la vora, lloc per aparcar, el Tren Groc és també a prop... Els apartaments són bàsics però hi ha tot el necessari per estar-s'hi i cuinar. He trobat a faltar un obrellaunes... El que no m'ha agradat són els llits: els coixins massa grossos, i en un agost tan càlid els edredons estaven de més. Très bien si l'on y va en voiture, à l'entrée de la Cerdagne depuis Barcelone et bonne entrée vers le côté français de la vallée. Supermarché tout près, de la place pour se garer, le Train Jaune pas loin non plus... Les appartements sont très simples mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour séjourner et faire à manger. J'aurais aimé disposer d'un ouvreboîtes... Ce que j'ai aimé le moins, ce sont les lits: oreillers trop épais, et dans un été aussi chaud les édrédons étaient de plus, une couverture ou un drap auraient suffi. Pour la réception: très pratique d'avoir les codes par e-mail; mais les horaires sont assez ambigus, on nous a dit qu'elle était ouverte "à partir de 15h" mais on pouvait accéder avec les codes "si l'on arrivait plus tard"...

- Trés bon acceuil . La réceptionniste est très gentille - Hotel au centre de Bourg Madame à 20mn de la station de ski bolquère et à 45 mn de Andorre La Vielle . - Appartement propre . literie confortable - Cuisine bien équipée, plaque vitro céramique, four, grille pain, bouilloire, cafetière ,refrigerateur ,vaisselle,couverts. - Centre commercial carrefour à 03 mn de l'hotel . - plein d'emplacement gratuit autour de l'hotel pour se garer . - La réception wifi un peu capricieuse

Los apartamentos estan genial. Amplio todo bien cuidado, calefacción y chimenea. Utensilios suficientes en la cocina. Lo único incómodo el colchón del sofá cama. Por lo demás perfecto. Cerca hay un carrefour y al lado Puigcerda. En 30 minutos Font-Romeu. Un sitio ideal para pasar unos dias en familia en la nieve. Sin duda repetiremos.

Apartamento muy práctico, en lugar muy tranquilo, con facilidades de aparacamiento gratuito en la calle y también con opción de parking en el propio edificio. Trato excepcional en recepción. Muy recomendable.

Très bon accueil, plusieurs contacts par mail et sms afin de savoir si nous avions bien reçu les consignes en cas d'arrivée tardive. Appartements spacieux. Tout le confort nécessaire. Grand parking juste à coté, en plein centre ville mais très calme.

Apartamento cómodo. Bien ubicado.Andando a pocos minutos estás en Puigcerda. Recepción muy amables. Camas cómodas. Echamos de menos que no tuviese aire acondicionado. Ideal para salida fin de semana. Sin duda volveré.

I booked for one night an hour before checking in, I received self check in instructions two hours later and again the next morning! When we arrived, we rang the bell and no one answered, we went to the bar next door, which also run by the Aparthotel, and asked if they were part of the same establishment. The woman replied 'yes , what do you want?' and the man rudely informed us that the reception was next door, to which I replied that no one had answered the bell! He confirmed my name and gave us the key. It seems the whole place was falling apart, cracked glass in the shower, soap tray hanging off the wall, broken chair etc... The kitchen and bedroom weren't very clean and the bed horribly uncomfortable, probably the cheapest on the market. the only positive thing was that it was central and self catering, with a good restaurant across the road. Only stay there if you have to choice, vastly overpriced!
