The hotel was easy to find, and although the signage was faded, the hotel itself was modern and very clean. The double, single bed room was small but perfectly formed with a small terrace area. We played darts on the terrace. Breakfast was a continental buffet which was very tasty and fresh. We could have eaten pizza at the hotel but my children fancied a McDonalds which was a 10 minute walk away. Plenty of other eateries to choose from also. Despite being situated along a main road the double glazing did its job and kept the sound out. We just needed somewhere to rest our heads as we drove through France and this fit the bill perfectly.

I spend the year in Accor group hotels and I have to say that this ibis de Bourgoin Jallieu is far the most modern and pleasant. Quality materials. Well thought of relaxing space.
