Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead West

The customer service was great at the reception. I was welcomed from Hilima Andreea & Ravi Malik. I was in desperate need to watch the Merseyside derby and couldn’t get any connection. They both helped me out and provided me with the Ultimate WiFi for free. This allowed me to witness the 2-0 win. The room was clean and too a premier inn standard. The food was also great.

I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Everything was perfect for my wife and I. The bedroom was spacious, the bed large and comfortable. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were first rate. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and helpful. A large car park meant your car is safe and secure. We have stayed in other Premier Inns and though they were good this one at Hemel Hempstead West was the best.

The team were so welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed. The meal deal was excellent value for money and the food freshly cooked and brought to the table. Cannot praise them highly enough! Would definitely use again! Big thank you to all the team for their warm and positive hospitality.

The nicest staff, great service, well presented location and the food was great!! We were here with work for a stay over and Hollie, livea and nelly took care of everyone, handling all the drinks and food orders amazingly whilst we were here with business and couldn't have asked for more!

The service here was impeccable, Hollie, Livea & Nellie made us feel welcome and made our stay really enjoyable, they accomadated 20+ guests for a business trip at a busy period but kept the experience personal. hats off to the chef as well who cooks up a mean pizza!

Lovely, clean and comfy. Breakfast was excellent and Aireen was lovely. She made our stay more enjoyable Thought we would hear the road but you didn’t. Overall a fab stay with excellent customer service Would definite return if in area again Thanks

Stayed here from yesterday with my family. The experience was great overall. The room condtion and cleanliness was pretty neat within the price range, way above our expectations. The only issue we faced is during breakfast. There were so many people at breakfast. No proper working order. There was only one person working (think her name was Nat something) and the chef coming outside the kitchen in his apron to help her out. The other person was just sitting at the reception or behind the bar using his phone (on the call). I don't know if it was supposed to be only one person working but it was a mess. It took so long for us to just get seated, and our order was received late as well. The breakfast was pretty neat actually, thank the chef among all the chaos. But needs more working order among the staff. The poor women was working all alone. Definitely need more than one person for such a huge crowd.

I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and the thing that has always stood out about this particular. Premier Inn is the Amazing Team that looks after you whilst you are there some team members have left and some are new but the attention to detail and friendliness is unsurpassed. The rooms are always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The team leaders work really hard to keep it all running smoothly and go above and beyond to be helpful and kind.
