I stayed at CIM in room 13! (Should have asked for another room then) in Summer 2024. Unfortunately my clothes in this room went missing! I reported it to the staff, almost £400 of almost all new T-Shirts, Hugo Boss etc... some with tags still on and no one it seemed was really interested. I was told they would check into it, etc and get back to me, but no one did get back to me! I had to drive back to Cookham twice in the month of Aug/Sept to try to get someone to do something about this as i couldn't get an answer on the phone when i called, to eventually be told be a manager "You can't prove they were actually in there can you?!" I was firmly informed on a previous visit back to try to resolve the situation that your clothes at CIM are left in drawers at YOUR OWN RISK! Not what i expect from a hotel if i am honest. They after this comment promised to check the room only after it was empty and call me back, they again never called! Very, Very disappointed, I paid over £600 for two weeks at the hotel and could not get any interest in trying to resolve this important issue for me. I most definitely would not ever risk staying here again.

One night stay here on our way between two events. Booked the day before for a bargain £61 inc breakfast. Late checking in but reception still manned at 22:30. Tidy room with a large hot shower. Beautiful gardens and restaurant had great views. Breakfast good, self service, but not hot enough for me. Better quality bacon and sausages than regular fare elsewhere. Tomato’s, mushrooms, potato’s, scrambled and fried eggs. Plus range of cereals and fruit. Wish we had time to look around the village. Would stay here again. Thank you

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a convention for about 150 people. The venue is lovely with beautiful gardens, lots of comfy seating to relax, and large bar area. I found the food to be very good. Breakfast was good and main meals seemed to be enough choice for meat, fish and veggie, with nice salads. I did see soya milk available, not sure of other types. I didn't hear any complaints from our group about food. Now the negative - NO AIR CON!! We stayed at a hot time which doesn't happen often in the UK but it was SO hot in the rooms. They gave us a fan but it did nothing (lucky I brought my own when I spotted they had no AC). Even the main rooms for our events had no AC. I think the building is a converted old house so can't have AC everywhere but it was a downside for me. One other negative - the room was VERY tiny. Could barely squeeze round the bed. Had to shut the bathroom door to use the sink. No surfaces at all to put things except a small table already full with the tea/kettle tray. Had a mini wardrobe but suitcase stayed on the floor as an extra 'table'. Everything else got piled up. It was fine for just 2 nights but not ideal. The layout is complicated - I think I walked a different route back to my room every time. It's VERY spread out and might be confusing and easy to go round in circles. Signage could be improved. Overall - staff were lovely and looked after us well. Nice location with plenty of parking, unsure if it would be accessible on public transport. Would I stay again? Only for a short time maybe.

While a long-time CIM member, I've never had a need to stay at Moor Hall. However, with a meeting around the M25 it's an ideal base only around 10 minutes from the M4/M40 and 20 minutes from the M25. Booking and check-in process was easy with a large car park at the back of Moor Hall. Rooms are in a modern, purpose-built, block in the grounds with views of the gardens. While rooms are not large, mine was in good condition with a comfy bed, and fully equipped bathroom including rainfall shower. Tea/coffee facilities were plentiful while the room was clean - both of which were appreciated. I took breakfast, which is included in a very competitive nightly rate, which was excellent. Both continental and cooked are on offer. Coffee from the machine was excellent. Easy to recommend Moor Hall for those looking for a quality and value for money overnight stay or longer.

Rachel, Hannah and Noah in the restaurant are excellent. Having had several visits over the last 6 months, i can honestly say these 3 staff have made a massive positive impact on the whole feel of the venue. Attentive, friendly and helpful and really happy to ensure diners are happy.

We stayed for one night with a bargain price on ***********. The rooms are small but suited us fine for one night. The grounds are pretty with ponds and bridges. It’s the perfect place to work and relax with comfortable chilling areas, lounges, work rooms etc. We enjoyed a few games of pool in the evening! The staff were SUPER lovely and helpful. Thank you to the lady chef at breakfast who was so sweet to us and gave us some fudge!! The towels in our bathroom were the fluffiest I’ve experienced!! Only negative - the bedroom and bathroom are a little tired and could have been cleaner. Top tip: go to the Old Swan Uppers pub for AMAZING food - we went for dinner, about 10 mins walk from the CIM, and it was the best meal we’ve had in a long time.

The venue has lovely countryside surroundings, good for walking and country pubs. It also has free car parking on site. We had a lovely breakfast, the room was clean but very small. The shower was good and the room has a tv. It was also very quiet at night which was good for getting a good night's sleep.

Excellent choice and standard of food, rooms are small but more than adequate, staff very accommodating and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights very reasonable pricing given what is included, would definitely choose to stay again if I was in the area.

I have just had the pleasure of using this venue for two weeks to deliver a difficult and challenging course to a group of delegates. CIM Moor Hall is one of the most friendly and organised venues I have ever used for training. From my first contact at reception with Marco, through the operational teams, Rachel, Jordan, Peter, and all the others too numerous to name, the experience has been wonderful. They are all professional, friendly, accommodating and efficient. The food at the venue is superb, the entire kitchen team are on another level. The only complaints from my delegates, was that they would all need to go on a diet, due to needing to go back for another helping, particularly the desserts. I look forward to being able to use Moor Hall again in the future.
