Dave and Karen very friendly on arrival. Lovely room with a sea view. Bottle of wine provided as it was my wife’s birthday - nice gesture. Overall lovely place to stay with exceptional staff.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Balmoral hotel.
We were welcomed by Dave who couldn’t do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
Our room had been refurbished to a good standard and we had everything we needed.
The central position this hotel is excellent and the car parking was a added bonus.

Hotel is a little basic but very clean and almost too warm! Dave the manager was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

I picked the perfect hotel for the BIC. The manager and staff did so much to make my stay comfortable and accommodating my timetable of various dance competitions at the BIC. The breakfast room has a wonderful view of the sea, and the building itself is listed and has several beautiful old features. Thank you 🙂

Great little hotel, great location, lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming, clean rooms, comfy beds, lots of wardrobe space and a free continental breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay here again.
