The worse stay ever moths NO AIR CONDITIONING NO RECEPTION SERVICE NO ONE REPLY TO PHONE CALLS .. if u ever need something none will answer the phone
HORRIBLE
FOR THE PRICE OVER 200£ for a night WILL NEVER RETURN

Great location right on the seafront with plenty of parking. Large rooms with plenty of space & storage if a little dated & basic. Huge bed that was super comfortable. The staff serving breakfast (Ben) was very friendly & helpful 🌟 We did have the fire alarm go off a couple of times (false alarm)but the staff responded promptly.

Building looks a bit run down from outside but all in good order inside. Excellent Breakfast. The service is first class, in particular from Cassie, front of house. She sorted out everything we needed including arranging an additional night in their sister hotel the Carlton next door when stranded due to a train strike. She alone deserves 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A lovely hotel, however a xmas party of 200 people carried on into the morning - so our restful break was ruined. It was fine up until then. Good staff but no one would answer my call 1am in the morning so I will be writing to the GM. Cut off for 12.00 2wpupd have been fine. :(

Being from London, our hotel standards are very high, however this was satisfactory, room were average and manageable. hotel located in nice location. could do with a refurbish but that is my opinion. would recommend for a short stay

We were very disappointed, we booked in for the night so we could attend a birthday party in the next door hotel.my sister drove down from London so we arrived at 4oclock with every intention of having a drink in the bar beforehand only to be told on arrival it was the last day of trading and that the bar was shut. Our rooms were a big let down, bathroom smelt of urine, curtains hanging off the rail and chairs were badly marked. I didn’t bother showering in the morning as couldn’t stand the smell.I think if it’s the last day of trading we should have been notified about the bar ect on booking and should never of been charged the full price.

Room was clean but no facilities in hotel, couldn’t get a drink in hotel after I spoke directly to Best Western on Friday after a couple of reviews said about facilities being closed, but was assured everything was open, two staff on duty Saturday night were less than helpful with helping us with a taxi
