Stayed for three nights, the service is hard to describe. On the first night, two of the three lights in the room were not on. One was repaired due to poor contact, and the other was said to be replaced the next day, but there was no news until check-out. On the second night, the shower was broken, and they said the engineer had gone off work and had to fix it the next morning, or change the room. I didn't want to change, so I just took a shower. On the third day, there was no hot water. They came to check and said it should be a problem with the central hot water system. They called me after they fixed it. I waited for two hours, but there was no response. I tried it and it was fixed. I lived in a cottage. When I checked in, I saw a dead crow on the driveway at the door. I called someone to take it away, but no one took care of it. The next day, I went to the front desk to find someone, who said they would call the colleague in charge of public health to deal with it, but still no one took it away until the third night. I walked with my head down every day when I went in and out. The more I was afraid to see, the more I could see. The equipment is a bit old, the maintenance is OK, and the hygiene is poor. The door of the bathroom is white, and the place where the hand that opens and closes the door is black. I believe it can be wiped clean if I clean it carefully. The location is very good, on the cliff, with great scenery. I have stayed at the nici opposite before, the price is similar, but the facilities and services are much better.

The beach is just outside the door, the environment is very good, and the room is clean and comfortable.

Booked a King size sea view room for 5 nights. On the evening of the first day, I felt that there was a buzzing noise from the kitchen ventilator or air conditioner in the restaurant downstairs. I reported it to the front desk. The customer service said that the bar and restaurant would be closed after 10 o'clock, and it would be quiet at that time. Although I could still feel a little noise on the first night, it did not affect my sleep. I didn't feel it at all in the following nights. The sea view of the room is great. In addition, the breakfast is a bit expensive at £17.50 per person, but the environment is very comfortable and spacious, the windows are transparent, and you can see the sea view. Due to the Easter holiday, there are many guests in the hotel. It is also good to have a drink at the bar after dinner. However, there were two times when the red grapefruit in the gin and tonic was a little rotten. The hotel bar is relatively expensive, which is not right. I want to focus on the cleaning service of the room. It is too unprofessional for a hotel of this level! One day, there was no supply of toilet paper at all, and I had to rush to find the front desk when I came back from going out! In addition, there were a few days without the two bottles of clean water that should be provided, and the bathroom was not equipped with foot mats and towels. From the beginning to the end, I never replenished the small skin care lotion and small soap, which could have been convenient for carrying when going out. Of course, you don't have to expect disposable shower caps, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. You can prepare these yourself. In the end, I left a tip of £2 in the room, although I was really dissatisfied with the hotel room service.

It is a hotel that is very suitable for driving to vacation. It is a pity that my room is not a sea view room, otherwise the body and mind would be more relaxed. The room is spacious and equipped with a skylight, allowing you to look directly at the blue sky when the weather is clear. Although it is very close to the beach, it would be more convenient if the entrance near the beach could provide a water hose or air gun to clean the sand and gravel from the soles of the shoes.
