Marsham hotel is in a very good location with nice views from the hotel
Staff are very helpful
However I found the rooms are not clean enough and the mattress is not at all comfortable
The fridge in the room started making sounds on and off through out the night, it being so close to the bed disturbed our sleep

Could not fault this hotel no wonder it is 4star. We were a coach party and the welcome was great staff so friendly. Room so big and lingerie bed. Good was got and variety was so good. Will definitely return to this hotel. First time my husband has ever said faultless

had no real expectations of this hotel as booked for a dancing weekender. It exceeded all my expectations. Great food. lovely room and communal areas, staff could not have been more helpful. I would definitely stay here anytime and will be booking the same holiday next year Thanks to all the staff for looking after us so well

My husband and I really enjoyed our 4 days`stay at the Marsham Court hotel, as the beds were very comfortable- the rooms very clean and the food very tasty (breakfast and dinner), well cooked and efficiently served! by very friendly staff! We would certainly recommend this nicely-run hotel to our family and friends!

Very welcoming staff, comfortable room with a sea view and good promptly served food in the restaurant. Could have done with an extra comfy chair in the room and I know I should have just asked for it. Very convenient car park. Great to be so near the Town Centre and able to use the Bournemouth Buses.

The hotel has all the basics facilities, has a partial view of the sea . The hotel has some lifts but some rooms need you to climb steps. Breakfast is good . Staff are friendly. Reception area is not huge feely congested. But on the whole it's fine for a stay.

Fantastic customer service from Carol, Pat and the entire team, the establishment was clean and tidy, the buffet style breakfast was cooked to perfection, the seaview room was soul relaxing. This place is worth a visit and every penny spent.

The hotel was nicely located for access to the town, beaches, conference centre and attractions. We stayed for four nights and were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room and the experience at breakfast. I’m vegetarian and asked for some fresh fruit on the first morning, only to be told that there was no more fruit. I raised with reception and the next day there was fruit available. However, on the third day I had to request fruit again. There was an overall issue with restocking the buffet and I didn’t bother going to breakfast on the last morning as I got fed up with the lack of buffet stocking and having to hang around waiting when I asked for things that had run out. Whilst staff were pleasant, resolution of issues raised was poor. The room was spacious and had a partial sea view. The cleanliness, however, was poor and there was damp under the windows. I raised the cleanliness issues with reception, but the dust and mould I reported remained, even though I was told it would be sorted. I’ve attached some pictures. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel and I wouldn’t stay again.

Excellent value for money. We were on a coach trip, food, staff and very clean. Nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. Convenient to beach and town centre. Added extra of entertainment most evenings.
