Stayed couple of nights it was cheaper to park out on main road then what it was to pay hotel for parking, Room a bit on small side with small tv on the wall, didn’t pay extra for breakfast so don’t know what it was like or have time to use the amenities, our room was clean and bathroom was clean would definitely go back to hotel

Stay away from this hotel!
I don't really know where to start from. We saw the pictures on the website and the Hotel looked excellent. I booked a family room for 4 @ £175 for one night.
The hotel outside is not really well maintained, but the bad surprise was the room: it was falling apart! The bunkbed area of the room looked like a jail with a dirty sink in the room, the way to get to the bunkbed was partially blocked by a wardrobe and a kid can walk through, drywalls falling down, dirty windows (we couldn't see through). The bathroom floor was squicking at every step and we could feel the studs under the floor just walking on it (probably rotten floor). We mentioned this to the receptionist who said "We do not have other rooms available".
They claim to have a SPA and a pool, yes they have them but cleanliness is not in their vocabulary.
Again, stay away from this hotel.

Really disappointed. We could get the same hotel in a cheap price. We paid £368 for 2 nights which is really expensive for this hotel

Really good value for money swimming pool and our room aslo staff amazing very helpful and cheerful.very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too .amazing view from room ,close to the sea .Would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway weekend.

A very well located hotel with very professional staff . The swimming pool was great sauna also. The hotel room was a sea view and was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The restaurant was good . The breakfast was delicious. The housekeeper was very nice and the reception team very polite and professional. The cake was wonderful. I like the location as it is bright cheerful and you cousins be any close to the sea . The place is a little dated but it’s good value for money and I would definitely return.

Found out on arrival we had to pay for parking which wasn’t cited on booking. The pub within the hotel really need to get up to speed with food needs. The options available for someone with coeliac disease was diabolical. I asked for some gluten free bread with the steak instead of chips and was told no. If I wanted bread I would have to purchase the bread basket at DOUBLE the price. Room was comfortable.

Can’t fault this hotel! Accommodated all walks of life! Friendly helpful kind! Food was basic but ok. Sunday lunch is very good and reasonable. Our room was very comfortable and we had a great sea-view Easy walk into Bournemouth town, although hilly

Nice pool, no jacuzzi unfortunately but the pool and sauna are okay. The reception area, doesn’t as it’s and restaurant all appear newly renovated. Rooms are okay snd clean, hallways are quite tired, need some updating. Parking is overpriced. Park around the corner free 5pm - 9am
