Overall a good hotel stay. My only issue was the staircase to the rooms a bad design.

Fantastic for family’s, the team really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The food was great except I just wish they had a continental offering in the morning. However when asked the team really looked after us by providing yoghurts and fruit for my little ones!

Phenomenal service from Fleur. Extremely friendly and made sure everyone was looked after. The venue feels comfortable and professional. I absolutely would come back again for some drinks and food with friends. It’s totally worth taking the time here.

Friendly staff, nice decor (bar restaurant and rooms), lovely food. Nothing seemed to be to much. We ate in restaurant (evening meal and breakfast), all good. Nice beer and nice wine. Joining the Butcombe Brewery scheme was a plus. I didn't notice, but my partner pointed out that there was no ubiquitous 'veggie burger' option on the menu, and, as weird as it may seem, a 'veggie burger' seems to be the easy option for most pubs, so it was refreshing to see some thought going into the veggie options on offer. Big shout out for Soph.

We are staying in Bournemouth but chose a restaurant about 30 minutes walk away. We passed the Pavilion Arms en route so stopped for a drink. 2 pints of Madri £13.70? Seriously? I feel sorry for the locals. We live in Leigh on Sea which is a tourist area and we dont pay more than £5.10 a pint!

We had Sunday lunch .It was so delicious. My mother had belly of pork and I had the beef ..We also had desserts Apple and blackberry crumble and sticky date pudding absolutely scrumptious So tasty and vaue for money. The waitess was attentive and looked after us .
