I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel especially with the family. Staff was friendly and facilities were good. Although it is slightly far away from the central but you will not regret the journey.

I was pretty unimpressed really. When i entered my room I was met with a musty smell which was probably due to the damp patch in the bedroom carpet. I was even more unimpressed when i went in the bathroom and found someone else's excrement around the toilet bowl - yuk!

What a scam! Do not stay at this hotel. I have just come to the end of an appeals process as I got a parking fine for using the car park which we were assured we were able to use if we gave our registration code. We were staying at the hotel for a funeral nearby if a dear relative and we extended (and paid for) a room to be held later so we could change for the funeral. We were assured by reception our car would be okay but about two weeks ago I received a fine for £60. I duly sent our booking confirmation and then more proof along with a note outlining what happened. I just received a note saying parking was not covered in the room charge, despite being assured at reception it was and all the rest of my family being covered. I can only assume this is a way for the hotel to gather extra payment from unsuspecting guests. Beware!!!

Great hotel and spa, good value for money. Only downside was breakfast where there was nobody clearing used tables. We had to clear and wipe down our own table. Also Hotel should install chargers for patrons with an electric car. Nearest fast charger is a long distance away from the hotel.

Overall a good hotel, service, room, gym and pool, and a pub.I will use again, and a very good option to stay in Bournemouth.
