The location is good and the hygiene is OK. The equipment and facilities in the room are a bit old. I stayed here for 6 days and overall I feel satisfied because it is not far from the seaside. I go to Bournemouth Pier every day to look around. There is a street to the north of the hotel that leads to Bournemouth Square. There are restaurants on both sides of the street. very convenient

It should be noted that some rooms in this hotel are surprisingly small and have no street view, especially those that state that they only accept Asian guests. When checking in, you have to tell the front desk that you need a room with a street view, and that's acceptable.

I stayed here for only two nights while visiting from Canada. Have to say was really impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the team - especially folks at Breakfast and Reception. Everyone really went beyond what I thought will find in a Holiday Inn! Can't say I'll be back soon as might not visit England again but this was the nicest stay throughout my holiday so far. Very very clean too & close to the beach. Recommend a trip. Got a late check out too! Thank you

I have stayed at this hotel several times, this Hotels outlook on customer has become worse over the last several months. Worst customer service I have every received at this Hotel, I have been an IHG member for 19 years, I have never had a reason to complain or be unsatisfied with IHG and their Group of Hotels, both UK and overseas. This Hotel in Bournemouth is the worst staff I have ever experienced, Rude, Unhelpful and Zero customer relationship training. Many better hotels in the Area to stay.
