位置還不錯 衞生也還可以 房間的設備設施稍微老舊了些 住了6天 整體感覺滿意 因為離海邊不遠 每天都會去bournemouth pier轉轉 酒店北邊有條街一直通到bournemouth square 街道兩邊全是餐廳 很方便

需要注意的是這家酒店有些房間驚人的窄小，看不到街景，尤其是寫明衹接受亞洲客人的。入住時要和前台説明需要有街景的房間，那還能接受。

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this hotel as my daughter lives in Bournemouth so we visit regularly Hotel is a £6 cab ride from the station - you can walk it but when dragging a case it’s a bit of a pain Fantastic staff - spotlessly clean - good breakfast - good bar - decent evening meal snack options Getting to the beach/ town is all downhill - just be prepared, what goes down must come back up!!!

Compared to other Holiday Inns this falls way short of what I’d expect. I’m a Platinum Elite IHG member so I have stayed in many IHG hotels around the UK and abroad and, particularly as this is in one of the UK’s ‘tourist’ resorts, I expected much better. I was greeted by a very young man at reception who was quite rude when asking me to ‘provide proof’ of my membership. The food in the bar was very poor and they never had what I ordered from the menu. I was told one night that I couldn’t eat in the hotel as they had a large party in. At that point (when I wanted to order food) the restaurant was empty. There was no prior warning that food wouldn’t be available either. My shower leaked and there was a ‘toilet’ smell in my room. I got tired of moaning to the very young g and inexperienced staff who clearly had no leader or management. Come on Holiday Inn, you can do so much better than this
