Disappointed. My wife and I booked a 4 night stay including breakfast at a cost of £642 On arrival I parked in the rear car park and was greeted with a dirty area in front of the lift access, although the reception area was inviting the room we were allocated was a different matter, it was dirty very tired and the balcony area was filthy and included ripped fabric seats. Although we were given another room, as it was a family room it was larger but still needed a DEEP clean in my view. On the outside balcony glass partitions there was evidence of someone attempting to clean the muck off, but had given up. It appears to have small concrete tiles laid over the original floor surface but most of these were cracked. We only ate in the hotel twice once was a dry sandwich and the second was a Pizza with a cheesy garlic bread. The pizza was dry and overcooked, the garlic bread was not cooked!! Also on both occasions we had to hunt down some staff members to serve us. After reading the reviews and information on the hotel website I can only say that at one time this might have been a nice hotel, but now lacks tlc and the bedrooms and balconies are in need of a makeover. My only positives are the view from our room was good and a good sun trap and a reasonable breakfast

The whole place is just lovely, the staff are very helpful and polite food was amazing and the facilities were excellent would recommend and we will be back as a family again for definite worth the money our boys enjoyed the gaming section and the swimming pool alot.

Allocated room 110 , hair in bath , blind filthy looked like someone had thrown an egg yoke at it . See photos. Went to reception who were brilliant and reallocated us to room 223 , which was better. Noticed the Hotel going downhill the last few years . It used to be a family run hotel and was spotless. Pity as ideal location.

Lovely room if a bit dated the basin and bath taps need replacing and the shower is very weak. We had a lovely view from our balcony on the second floor. The staff were generally polite, friendly and the service was acceptable if a little hit and miss at times. Food was good for the price and breakfast choice was very good.

We recently enjoyed a few days away at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating even putting our friends in a room at the side of us which meant upgrading them to a room with a balcony which is what we had booked. This helped make the trip as we spent a lot of time out there chatting and soaking up the beautiful views. The rooms were ok, comfortable enough but do need some updating, the toilet for example didn’t have a very good flush and the shower not much water pressure. We enjoyed the bar area, and chatting to Igor behind the bar who was very helpful, we ate in the bar area and really enjoyed the food. Breakfast also was very good with plenty of choice. Lastly the pool area was a real bonus with the jacuzzi and we really looked forward to it after a busy day out, the slot for the pool is booked at reception. Hopefully we will get the chance to return in the future

Stayed for a 5 day break with GB Tours, Hotel could not be faulted. Clean throughout, all staff from duty manager down were first class and professional. All meals excellent. Facilities very good, a great family hotel. Will not hesitate to stay again

Very comfortable, peaceful, clean & friendly family hotel, short taxi ride from the station with convenient 5 minute walk access to the beach. Staff were particularly pleasant in the restaurant for dinner & breakfast. Nice veranda restaurant with distant sea view.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful, Big thank you to Karolina who was exceptional and full filled all our needs. It was in a perfect location close to the beach and had everything we needed. The view from our room was amazing and we all enjoyed the days stayed here. Specially our son, who loved the swimming pool and was confident enough to go in and not to be afraid off the water. Will definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel was very clean and the swimming pool was great but the highlight of the stay were the staff who were really friendly and hard working to ensure we had a really restful stay. The hotel is perfectly located just a short stroll from the beach. Would highly recommend the Riviera hotel.
