Have been using this hotel for around 12 years now and does not disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff. Food always to a high standard. Nice indoor swimming pool and indoor facilities available. I would highly recommend this venue when visiting Bournemouth.

Had a great 3 night stay at the Riviera . Hotel is lovely . Staff very friendly and helpful . The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice , and the evening meals in the restaurant were excellent. Enjoyed the use of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Rooms a little tired but had everything we needed and kept spotlessly clean . Will definitely return . Thankyou Riviera x

Riviera hotel
Wow right from arriving the staff were all great, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great location only 5 minutes walk from the beach, room was super clean and tidy would recommend.

The staff are extremely helpful. We found they went out of their way to ensure weekend went well. Rooms are dated but very clean. Swimming pool and jacuzzi again faultless. So much so that we have booked the Chris**as break for the 4 night package

Perfect location to the West of Bournemouth situated in a residential area. Close to beach and Alum Chine, beautiful wooded area. It is a little hilly! A very friendly clean hotel, rooms were spotless and serviced every day, breakfast had everything you needed, meals available in dining room/bar. A very nice spa included a swimming pool/spa bath. Staff always available, friendly and happy to help. Thanks to them for a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfy and roomy. We stayed on the Dorset experience and thought the food was wonderful, especially the evening meals. Excellent value. Fantastic location near the sea. Will definitely recommend and return.

Great hotel for food, facilities and location. However tired decor, lift unstable and beds like rock. Such a shame needs a revamp. Greeted by a lovely receptionist a nd guided very well. Bar closed early for a hotel with residents. Food reasonable and looked good.

The hotel was great , friendly staff , clean , great room with balcony and sea view. 3 star but could be a 4 star in our opinion. 6 min walk to the beach . Maid service daily . Great pool and spa bath . Cafe on beach nearby . 30 walk to pier. Great location.

The hotel was lovely and welcoming and staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and just right for one person. It was noted the noises between rooms was quite loud and also the music from the bar (although I did not mind that as it sounded like everyone downstairs was having a great evening) but it was quite noticeable from within the room - No negative comments, just an observation. Breakfast was lovely and a great choice all around, would happily stay again as the overall experience was very enjoyable. Thank you to the Reception and Staff at Riviera hotel & Holiday Apar**ents for a lovely experience overall. Regards Zainab
