Park Central Hotel

Loved our stay here. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. The breakfast provided was also very good. The hotel is located very close to the beach which is very convenient. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed for two nights and had sea view which was lovely , room 504 was a lovely size with living area and separate bedroom and also separate tea and coffee room . The hotel itself is in good condition and well decorated, clean and tidy throughout. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful also the breakfast in the crab restaurant which was connected to the hotel downstairs was probably one of the very best breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel . The location was absolutely central to sea front , pier and town centre , buses were easy to use and took us to Poole and sandbanks for only £2 per trip ,lots of restaurants and bars situated very close by. I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again

The hotel was average, everything you needed in the room. After looking at their web page was happy to book as it says Parking Available but no where does it state that parking has to paid for on top your stay. Very disappointed as would have booked somewhere else where parking is included in the price.

Chap on reception was very welcoming & pleasant. The ladies waitressing at breakfast were very helpful, nothing to much trouble. Lovely hotel at a great price with breakfast thrown in!! Exceptional room for the price, very clean, right on the seafront. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We are definitely booking again! 👌

The Hotel was very convenient for the BIC where we were attending a Show as I have temporary mobility issues. The Hotel Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the use of the disabled parking next to the Hotel. The Restaurant Staff were also very friendly and efficient and the food excellent. Would definitely use the Hotel again.

Really terrific staff - what a great asset they are! From housekeeping to reception to the restaurant - they all smiled and greeted us and couldn't be more kind Very tasty and relaxed breakfast Very well sized rooms I know that In some reviews people have commented on the furniture being dated....just IGNORE them. The hotel is lovely and the staff are great with an excellent location and very clean. That is all that really matters. Keep up the great hotel

Great location with view of Bournemouth pier. Breakfast was good at attached restaurant included with our stay. Room and bathroom was large and bed very comfortable. Easy to get around in buses. Excellent olace to stay. Highly recommend

We stayed here on a Travelzoo deal. The hotel was spotless, the staff very friendly and helpful, offering lots of advice about the hotel and where to go in Bournemouth. The room on Floor 5 was lovely, despite being in the eves. Bed area was large with view towards the sea, velux window above the bed and another window where there were 2 comfy chairs and a table. Wardrobe had a SDBox, iron and 2 bathrobes. 2 full sets of all toiletries. Shower room would be a bit tight for a very large person, but so clean. Car park is reserved in their area at the multi-storey carpark opposite attached to the BIS Music/events complex. £14 for 24 hours and can go in and out during that time. Just give Reception your ticket when arrive and they deal with it. We ate at the Crab Restaurant (part of the hotel) in the evening and the service and food was lovely. We had the 3 course meal included in the deal with choice, but the a la carte looked amazing too. Breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit salad and usual for Continental breakfast and/or cooked breakfast, which were massive. The coffee was also very good despite helping yourself. An excellent hotel, just by the front and pier. Also very handy if going to the BIS for a show. Will definitely recommend to friends and if return to Bournemouth, it will be our choice of hotel.

We got an amazing deal for a room and then were upgraded to a lovely suite with a sea view. Everything was comfortable and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Great location close to the beach and the pier.
