We booked a one night stay as we were going to a concert at BIC. We’d seen good reviews and the hotel completely lived up to these. It’s a good 20 minute walk to BIC but we were lucky either way the weather so that wasn’t a problem, and the location was great for a walk along the beach to Boscmbe the following morning. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a bathroom that looks like new. We were offered fresh milk for the room, a nice touch that is to often missing. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice and everything beautifully cooked. We asked to arrive and park early to make sure we got a space, and also to leave our car for a while after checking out so we could go for a walk, and they were great about both. We’re relatively local so don’t often stay in Bournemouth, but would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

We were in Bournemouth for a conference and the Balincourt had everything we needed for a short stay. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive and helpful. Being able to park on site was great - not all places can offer this.

Lovely guesthouse, staff so welcoming and everywhere was clean and well decorated. We stayed in room 8 which was a lovely big room with a stunning bathroom. We got there early so managed to park as not many spaces but there is availability nearby aswell. Breakfast was really good, we will be looking to return later in the year.

Very clean and excellent dining area although the room was a bit dated. Could do with modernising TBH. Excellent staff, Commodities in room very good. Good parking facilities and quiet even though it's situated on a main road.

Booked a Superior double room. The main room blinds were broke so we could not let any daylight into our room.
Bathroom sink plug kept getting stuck. Bath water temperature would not decrease so had to use kettle to cool the bath to a safe level before bathing. Not really superior in my opinion.The host was pleasant and serving staff friendly. Never saw anybody manning the bar in the evening so no nightcaps!

Breakfast excellent choice and cooked fresh. Room very spacious only complaint the bath very high so my husband struggled to get in to shower after a hip operation.

Little treasure this hotel shame we only had one night ... so clean everything you could want need.. staff lovely... breakfast service and food 👍 perfect ... only thing I would ask for is frosted glass covering on bathroom window so that you can still have natural light coming in bathroom that's all👍we will be back in the future 😊

A lovely stay. We have stopped before. It is conveniently situated between Bournemouth and Boscombe and not far from the seafront. Always a warm welcome and a comfortable room and a breakfast to look forward to.

The Balincourt guesthouse with excellent customer service. We have going to Bournemouth for many years and have always enjoyed our stay at the Balincourt. The rooms are cosy and clean. The breakfast is tasty and just right. It also has free parking and many hotels in Bournemouth charge for parking which really bumps up the cost of your stay. Harps the host and owner is personable, she takes time out to get to know the guest giving you that feel that your stay is special. We would recommend people to stay at Balincourt guesthouse.
