Cheap and horrible! There is NOTHING to recommend about this place. Noisy, no consideration for other guests therefore no sleep, lift not working, toilet seat broken, wardrobe door hanging off and curtain much the same. Thank goodness it was just one night!

It was a horrible twin room I had for me and my daughter (9 years old We only spent there one night. There were noises from the room next door and really bad smell. We felt unsafe and we couldn’t wait until morning to get out from there. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. The room was beyond basic - dirty, unpleasant smell.

Disappoin**ent after disappoin**ent! Where do we start? Our booking was for a group of 6, 2x room for 3. When we arrived, we were given 3 rooms, 1x 3 bed, 1x 2 bed and 1x 1 bed. Next disappoin**ent was when we entered the room. It had a very strong smell of damp and dirty laundry. When it was time to shower, we realised there wasn't any hot water and only cold water dripping from it. The blanket and pillows were filthy and smelly, so made the decision to sleep on top of the blanket, not between the blanket and using my jeans as my pillow. To my surprise when i woke up in the middle of the night feeling very itchy and in the morning my arms and neck area had many red marks and bumps on it. Manage to use the shower in my friends room to clean myself in the morning before we left tho.Never again will I stay here!
