The staff could not have more helpful. Lovely clean bedding and plenty of hot water. Once the bar/ restaurant is sorted it will be very very good- We would stay again and parking is a bonus. Great value for money ….…………………………………………………………………

Had a lovely stay at the mayfair. Car park and location excellent. Very close to the beach and centre. Marie, the receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The room, shower and bed were all good. Overall, I will definitely stay at the mayfair again.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is immaculate with very friendly staff who were very welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious, rooms felt very new and fresh with new carpets etc. Lots of parking and a nice little garden area out the back. 5 minutes to the beach! Lovely little gem of a lace we will be staying at again.

Me and my partner stayed at the Mayfair as it’s prime location in Bournemouth. Close to the beach and all the local bars and restaurants. The Hotel was clean and tidy and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend for anyone with families as nice big rooms and the hotel will be offering food in the near future. Will definitely be back. 😀

There were brown stains in my bedsheets and somebody else’s hair in my bed. Didn’t seem like the bedding had been cleaned at all, just made the bed. The shower head didn’t stay on the wall, so you had to hold it as you showered. Won’t be coming back here.

Very friendly and accommodating service. Super close to the beach and other desirable amenities! Kindly let us use the parking even after our check out . We were also able to leave our bags behind . Pleasure to have stayed here! Will definitely come back

We arrived at the hotel to a lovely welcome from a gentleman on reception and was shown immediately to our room. Room was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay including tea a coffee making facilities. The location was great easily walking distance to town and beach. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family either for a short or longer stay/

Moved to Suncliff Hotel due to large party booking (wedding?)at Mayfair Hotel, so review is for Suncliff. Decor looking tired in places. 4th floor accommodation: bed very stiff and not comfortable. One roller blind was down halfway on arrival with broken/rusty chain laying on window sill, so unable to limit sunshine beaming through window at 06:30 in the morning. Stains on carpet around lounge area. Unable to give review to reception desk on checking out as understaffed and felt rushed through due to busy period (10:30).
