Wij hebben een gastronomisch weekend geboekt,
De bediening in het restaurant was uitstekend, het personeel is er echt zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam in omgang.
De kwaliteit van de keuken laat helaas te wensen over.
Over het uitgebreidde ontbijt, niks dan lof 👌👌
Maar het diner s’avonds…😏
De voorgerechten bij de 3 en 5 gangen menu op vrijdag en zaterdag waren nog lekker, maar de hoofdschotel van beide menu’s waren een complete ontgoocheling…
Het welness gedeelte is dringend aan renovatie toe, alles is veroudert, turks stoombad werkte niet eens en de geur was er vermuft..

Nous sommes allés manger dans ce restaurant via une Vivabox reçue. Il est déjà à noter que nous avons été reçus comme des clients "normaux" ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans cette situation. Très bon accueil avec en plus une attention particulière pour notre chien. Le personnel est assez attentionné et le cadre convivial. Nous avons apprécié nos plats (terrine de truite en entrée et rumsteck en plat). Du fait de la Vivabox notre choix était plus limité.

We zijn geweest in maart 2024 van vrijdagavond 22.03 tot zondagmiddag 24.03 met een groep van 26 tal personen. No kids. Prachtige ligging aan de rivier die sowieso in de zomer nog meer tot zijn recht komt en inspeelt op buitenactiviteiten (tennis , padel,...) . Keuken zeer ok. Royaal ontbijt -buffet met ruime keuze. Top. Restaurant is uitstekend, personeel hartelijk en de keuze in de wijnkaart is ruim voldoende (geen uitspringers maar hoeft ook niet) en zeer correct van prijs. Kamer was modern, zeer ruim met een zithoek en balkon voor twee personen. Hotel is polyvalent. Gezin met kids, romantisch WE of groep die de streek wil verkennen met wandeling die aan hotel vertrekt. Alles kan en men verveelt zich niet.

We stayed 2 nights at Cocoon La Rive. The receptionist Geoffrey gave us from the very first second a very warm welcome. He is very helpful and gives all support needed during our stay. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed also 2 dinners at the hotel restaurant. Everything was good. The older waiter was a little moody. Both breakfast and dinner were good. We enjoyed a great hike direct from the hotel. And played tennis and went to the sauna afterwards. Also hotel bar is nice, but opening hours could be somewhat longer though. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Cocoon. Once again great thank you to Geoffrey from Amsterdam.

Hey verblijf was super. Het eten was erg goed! De kamer had wel wat minpuntjes, schilderij hing op half elf. TV heeft geen smart TV functie, warm op de kamer zelfs met raam open.

Aardige kamer met zitje voor twee en klein balkon en goed en groot bed en redelijke badkamer met douche toilet en badmeubel, lift en uitstekend uitgebreid onbijt met zelfs bubbels. Zeer vriendelijk personeel met name voor de hond die naast ons ook te eten kreeg, nooit meegemaakt goed restaurant met uitgebreide wijn kaart, wel grote porties, zouden wat ons betreft gaarne ook senioren menu's mogen hebben, meestal ging een groot deel terug naar de keuken
