Servizi ottimi, Strutture top e ottimo collegamento tra l’hotel e il mare. Poi ottimi i servizi a mare e in piscina con animatori bravissimi e divertenti. Ottimi anche i campi sportivi come Padel, Tennis, Basket, Calcio e altri. Esperienza assolutamente da rifare.

Struttura vecchia e impolverata, letti scomodissimi, cibo di scarsa qualità, per 6 giorni era sempre lo stesso menù. Sconsiglio assolutamente, unica nota positiva il personale il quale alle lamentele si mortificava con impotenza senza poter aiutarci. No non ci tornerei.

L'Hotel villaggio club Altalia, si pubblicizza sui vari siti di prenotazione online e sullo stesso sito ufficiale come struttura "Pet Friendly", quando in realtà sono così tanto graditi gli amici a 4 zampe che a me e alla mia famiglia è stata negata la prenotazione della vacanza, solo perché abbiamo 2 pitbull che vivono in appartamento con noi e che quindi, come ogni anno, vengono con noi in vacanza (nonostante, tra l'altro, io abbia da subito specificato che si tratta di cani assolutamente docili ed educati, con cui non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di alcun genere). La cosa più grave è che dal sito non è assolutamente vietato l'ingresso ai cani, anzi è specificato che sono ammessi cani di taglia piccola, media e grande. Ne tantomeno è specificato che alcune razze di cane siano escluse o meglio DISCRIMINATE, come invece è evidentemente accaduto a noi. Invito pertanto la struttura a chiarire cosa in realtà intenda per "pet friendly", citando eventuali esclusioni al fine di evitare PUBBLICITÀ INGANNEVOLE, così che possa essere più coerente con la propria linea aziendale e noi clienti non perdiamo tempo a cercare una determinata tipologia di vacanza a causa di informazioni fuorvianti o errate.

I had the pleasure of staying with my family and my dog at this property and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is kind and welcoming; the rooms, with sea views, are equipped with all comforts; excellent cuisine and impeccable service. The swimming pool is large, clean and suitable even for the little ones. Along the avenue that leads to the beach, there are many green spaces suitable for dogs and there are also apar**ents located a few steps from the sea. Animation always present and never intrusive. We stayed one night in a two-room apar**ent, a few steps away and you are on the beach. Afterwards we stayed in the hotel, smaller but very comfortable room, minibar, many sockets and a very large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea. Good food and very friendly staff I had a health problem and although we left early, the hotel was very understanding. The girl at the reception was really very kind.

Having a dog, we looked for a pet-friendly facility on the Ionian coast of Calabria and chose Altalia. Very good choice. We spent 2 weeks of relaxation and fun thanks to impeccable entertainment. We chose the residence formula. A few steps on foot to reach the very wide beach and a fabulous sea. The cleaning of the swimming pool, the bar area and the common areas was also very meticulous.
