The apar**ent is very nice! Warm service at the front desk! The transportation is convenient (if you can take the bus). It has one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, and the area is not small. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Can cook, wash and dry. The balcony is very comfortable! Dry clothes and quilts during the day, sit there and have a drink at night. Good value for money!

The room was very big, much better than I expected. I booked a three-bedroom apar**ent and we were assigned to the highest floor. The view was simply too beautiful to fault. There is no toothpaste or toothbrush in the room, but there are bath towels and slippers. The happiest thing is that the three generations can travel together and cook in the apar**ent. It is a dream trip. The balcony is big enough to hold a ping pong ball. The only bad thing is that there are too many flying insects in the master bedroom bathroom, which is very annoying when taking a shower.

The communication for the property receptions was bit disappointed. I booked hotel 2 nights, but the room key need to refresh everyday, which they mentioned on arrival, but never mentioned what was the working hours about the refresh. I left hotel early in the morning, when return to hotel around 6pm they said need to charge extra for after hour active the key. which very surprised me. I've mentioned my timing on the day of arrival to them, but they never say any extra charge at that point. However at the end they waved the extra charge. but I won't not book this property anymore.

Checked in at 5.30pm on a Friday, with max capacity you would expect reception to be open. Overly complicated system of calling, getting buzzed in, opening a lock box for key and then needing to check in properly the next day. Our whole apar**ent smelt like damp/ water damage. The very nice Manager tried to help by providing a free breakfast - our meals took too long so we left without one of our meals. Lovely rooftop views. Shower leaked water onto floor big time, and our 2 bedroom apar**ent not only smelly but windows faced out to a wall and had a dark/ depressing feel on the 4th floor. We booked months in advance - it wasn’t a last minute thing.

It was a great place to stay. Only really 2 downsides were a construction site next door and on the 2nd last day i wanted to use the dryer but the filter kept falling out and the dryer kept stopping. Other then that it was a good place to stay.

Excellent cleanliness and location but the dishwasher and dryer were not the best of quality. After hours check-in is a bit confusing.
