Hotels Near Snook's Dream Cars in Bowling Green

We stayed here as a last minute stay and it was absolutely miserable. This is a party hotel. We were just looking for a place to sleep for one night. For the amount we paid (over $180) you would think they would have more than one functional elevator, a working pool and hot tub, have clean mattresses, and better control of their guests. There are several ballrooms in this hotel, so again, you have a party hotel. There was a sports group of preteen boys (red shirts that said ‘Rangers’) who were playing hide and seek tag in the hallways, lobby, and elevator until about 11pm. Around the same time, the Jones family reunion got kicked out of their ballroom and brought the party to the room next to ours, with a connecting door. From 11:15pm-1:30am we called and walked down to the front desk a total of 7 times asking for help. The girl at the front desk was left there on a busy Saturday night with no help, no manager, no support. Police had been in the building for drunk patrons several times and she told me she had been trying to reach her manager for help and kept getting sent to voice mail. She offered to move our room, but my argument was that we should bot have had to move in the middle of the night, the loud party guests should move. She told me she could not move them because they were part of a group rate, so if she moved the loud room she would have to move everyone in the group. Not believable. She also said she had gotten several complaints about this room, not just from us. They did not quiet down until 2am. The clerk (Taylor?) told me she would comp my room but did not have the computer authorization to do it, but her manager Chelsea would be in at 7am. When we checked out at 9am, there was still no manager on the property. The new clerk told me that Chelsea would call me to comp my room when she came in (within the hour), but she never called. When we *****ped our bed this morning we noticed there was no mattress cover on the bed, and there was a huge stain on the bed. I also found dirty washcloths and towels on the floor of the closet in the room. If you are looking for a dirty party hotel, this is your spot. If you want a hotel that posts everywhere that your satisfaction is guaranteed but does not stand behind that, this is your spot. If you want a clean and restful place to sleep, go somewhere else.

Opposite the hotel is a supermarket, restaurant, very convenient. However, the hotel breakfast is very general.

Good Location, Breakfast is only a few items! Need more items for the services and more people!

Staying for the second time, the price is reasonable, the environment is good, parking is convenient, eating is convenient, there are some shopping malls around, and overall it is very good.

We had a great experience but a few details were lacking. Service at the front desk and breakfast was awesome. Nice property and love that we can bring our dog with us. However a few things did not meet the mark. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes (apparently all the dishes and silverware were loaded, there were no extra in the cabinets and drawers). The dishwasher was beeping when we entered the room because a wash setting was selected but it was not locked and started. There was no conditioner in the shower and inside of the toilet seat cover near the hinges could have been cleaned better. These were things we cold live with and we did. Our one bedroom was spacious. The bedroom and living room were great. Loved that there were two thermostats and two televisions, one for each room. The bed was so comfortable! Nice big windows throughout. Free parking is right outside with bright lights. And there are ton of eateries, grocery stores and shopping nearby.

The room was spacious and clean. Amenities are also available. Other than the fact that there was dirt stuck in the bathtub and the air conditioner was so loud that I woke up at night, it's a very nice hotel.

There was a very obnoxious group of adults and kids being extremely loud, running up and down the hallways and stairs, adults were obviously intoxicated, and it was 11:30pm. Regardless of what time we had to be up in the morning (6am) it was still very loud. Called the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything.. unbelievable! So I had to actually address them myself and ask the please quiet down. 2 out of like 7 were genuinely true. I appreciate that but the rest were hanging outside with the back door of the hotel open screaming and drinking. One of the ladies started to get a little confrontational. No one came to help as far as staff. The next morning, I went to the front desk to get corporates number. Walking back toward my room, I passed by a male worker and he said “The worker from last night is up front if you want to give her a hard time”. Are you serious. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to throw his coworker under the bus like that. Will not be staying here again. Excuse any typos lol and this was the 30th of April

I've stayed in several Super 8's, so I don't expect much, but THIS one was the best! (and never thought I'd give a Super 8 a 5 star, but here we are) I was pleasantly shocked to find such a nice property, friendly staff and nice location. I stayed here with my friend and two dogs for 2 nights — we booked a two bed room and asked for bottom floor. Check in was super fast, smooth and the Staff was great. They appeared to take pride in their hotel and were very helpful. The property overall is in a decent location close to a few restaurants and if you drive a little, close to everything. The grounds were very clean, well kept and had a HUGE clean field behind the hotel to walk the dogs. The room was very clean and felt modern with all furniture in decent condition. It was very well lit and airy feeling. The room was big enough for the 2 adults and 2 dogs and all our stuff. The beds were comfortable enough, maybe just a little firm with a few layers of linens. Everything was in great working order including the AC and Wifi worked pretty well with our devices. The bathroom was also just as clean with plenty of towels and the basic toiletries. There wasn't a lot of counter space in the bathroom but we made do. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with a variety of items, not just breads and muffins. Everytime we saw the Staff they were always friendly and helpful. At times, we forgot we were at a Super 8 as it felt more like a nice Holiday Inn. Best of all, it was very quiet and we both felt quite safe at this hotel. Next time I'm in the Toledo area for a few nights, I'm coming here and have already recommended it to my friends!
