The air did not work properly: I had it on 65 and high and the room still wasn’t cool. Normally I freeze but not this turne. I couldn’t sleep because it was so hot

The employee that checked me in when we arrived was very nice and polite!! The room was very clean and everything in the room was in the correct places. The bed was a very comfortable bed. My only complaint/negative is the fact that the Holiday Inn owns the parking lot as well as the property that the building is sitting on. This being the case, charging the customer that is renting the room from the Holiday Inn Express to park their vehicle is a pretty poor idea to earn $5 per day from the already paying customer that’s renting the room from Holiday Inn Express. Sometimes there is definitely a time to say “that is enough money that I am making on each paying customer”.. You should have stopped PRIOR to charging $5 per day for

Hotel lobby area very organized and layout nice with wishing well. Room was clean. Access from highway great distance. Conveniently located near several restaurants.

The hotel is decent . The room could have been cleaned better , there was trash behind the beds. Also would have been nice if they had a microwave that actually work. Also would have been nice if you they could have added one to the room for people with infants that need to warm up bottle so we don't have to leave the room at all hours .

The room was clean. The only complaints I had were the plugs on the walls were so loose that phone charger cords fell right out of them and two of the lamps didn't work. I wasn't in the room that much so it wasn't that big of a deal. The staff were friendly and check in and out was quick and efficient.

It was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable and it was in walking distance to food options. The staff were also very nice. They are also attached to a conference center. However, the coffee maker in my room didn't work. It seems the cup to put the coffee pod in was too big so the lid did not close. The outlets on the lamps had slightly larger holes so the prongs on my adapter were loose and didn't stay in. These are minor concerns. Overall I had a good stay and would recommend them.

The rooms were big and comfy with excellent beds and views of the golf course. The staff was friendly and helpful ensuring I got a room with a fridge (not all rooms have them as they are working through upgrades) and answering questions about local shops and where to find good coffee!

Overall a good experience; however, the room had a strong smell. We had to go out and buy air freshener. Also, very disappointed that we could not get a cup of coffee until restaurant opened at 6:30am which was 7:30 EDT. Even then, had to wait at hostess stand until the host went to back to bring it out. The minimalist Keurig in the room did not work at all. We ended up going out for coffee for remainder of visit. While 6:30 am seems pretty early, we are creators of habit from eastern time zone 7:30 pm was rather late for us. Recommend offering coffee services to guest before 6:30am CDT because guests are from different time zones and are pretty habitual with their schedules.
