This hotel is just OK. Go to Room #227 (the room I was assigned) and lift off the toilet tank cover - Mold! Look at the shower tub silicone caulking, all black under the silicone caulk - again, mold! The leisure chair in the corner of the room - the arm rests are dirty. I don't even want to think about the bed and look at the filter in the A/C unit. I stay in Hotels a LOT and this one rates just an OK. The front desk guy was helpful; the girls serving breakfast were helpful. No washer & dryer onsite - "Go across the street; there's one there". There are MANY hotels in Bowling Green - The next time I find myself in this town, WHY should I stay there?

The area the hotel is in is nice but this hotel is dated and the rooms were very dirty.

Nice, clean, comfortable. Great location. The staff was awesome, check in was smooth. The breakfast and pool areas were nice and clean. Wife liked the breakfast and my daughter loved the breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay. Will stay again when back in the area.

The Inn is in the process of updating their rooms . It was obvious we were given an old room. But first the positive: our room was clean & the morning buffet was very good . ..However when we first entered our room there was a musty smell . I was cold so I turned on the heat & immediately an odor of burning dust filled the room. So I turned the unit off and my husband & I held the door open a while to ventilate the room… Other features: the gold wallpaper in the bathroom was gaudy and there was no exhaust fan. Also our room lacked a brochure listing TV channels/guide & info on restaurants. This is why I gave this particular Hampton Inn 2 stars.

This property is old and outdated. The bathroom was cramped with stained wallpaper. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned because I found leftover food on the floor from a previous guest. We only stayed one night, so we did not fuss about it. We have stayed in three Hampton Inns in less than a year, two of which were in need of renovations. The Hilton properties used to be upscale. Now they are just old.
