The cleanest hotel I have ever been in North America, much much better than others big chain hotels. The lobby smelled nice and the rooms were modern and absolutely spotless. The hotel is few mins away from Walden galleria mall and other chain restaurants. Also, there is a gas station right next to the hotel which is a big plus. The staff is amazing and very friendly, the cleaning staff goes above and beyond to keep the premises clean. Would definitely stay again.

The Delevan is one of my favorite hotels. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle arrived before we exited baggage claim, and Sonny, the driver, was personable and efficient. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, and the restaurants, including the new Petra, are stylish, reasonably-priced and the food is excellent. Reliably pleasant all around.

The hardware of the hotel is very good, but I don't know why the main elevator can't be used. It's a little inconvenient, but everything else is fine.

Really wasn't impressed with the hotel at all. The whole hotel inside and out needs major updating. Carpets are old. They smell in the rooms. All the staff were great. No complaints about them at all. Steve, at the bar was marvelous. Front desk staff were great. I was expecting better.

My stay at the delavan went above and beyond my expectations. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff and found that they were quick to provide me with any necessary information regarding my stay. They were extremely friendly and tended to any questions I had. There was also a cafe located in the lobby with sandwiches and quick bites which came in handy throughout the duration of my trip. The interior of the hotel itself was beautiful and elegant, giving a luxe appeal. The bed was very comfortable as well, leaving for an enjoyable sleep. The only downside I will say is that the walls were a bit thin, as I occasionally heard movement in the neighbouring rooms. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and I will be back in the near future!

Staff was great. Size of rooms great, bed and bathroom were very clean with modern finishes. A major issue was the lack of soundproofing. Sounds travelled much to easily between connecting rooms.
The breakfast selection was also very minimal.
Otherwise, the hotel was a pleasurable experience.
However the noise was a dealbreaker, and as such would not book again.
